He is prompt with notifying us regarding his arrival, communicates with us regarding any bug problems or concerns we may have, and does such a thorough job inside and outside our property. He even takes the time to get rid of all of our stubborn outside spiderwebs which is so appreciated and helps limit our buggy interactions! Thanks Orkin and Francisco!

Orkin is a funny company to review. If you’re reviewing them that means you got creatures “bugging” you, so you really never want to HAVE to use Orkin, anyone would prefer to not have bugs. HOWEVER, I, like many other older Florida homes encounter termites and have needed Orkin. And boy am I glad for them. Senior Tech Jesse and Miguel have come to my house for treatment and they were both honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on what was going on in my home. I really couldn’t be more thankful. And the customer service team is super friendly and always helpful when needing to schedule any services. Orkin may not be the company you WANT to see (because again, bugs suck) but when things are getting buggy they are the only people you NEED and I will be an Orkin customer for life. Clint was beyond amazing and went above and beyond. I was made very aware of the issue and was told step by step the process. The company has really good pricing, I couldn’t believe was came with the price. My stress is gone and I feel like Clint deserves a HUGE shoutout for the work, help & customer service. Benjamin is such a thorough tech. Very professional and knowledgeable. He came to our home today 8/1/24 for our home inspection.. I had questions that he answered for me and made a few suggestions that put me at ease. He looked at our yard and said Orkin could do the Outside Mulching for our yard. He is great!!

Herbie took care of our services today and was very kind and made sure everything was up to date in order to keep the summer pests away. He is a great asset to the Truly Nolan company.

My experience with Truly Nolen has been good. My grass was on the brink of dying almost a year ago, and with the treatments and hard work, it is absolutely beautiful now. Grass is green and healthy. What I also like about them, is that, they keep you informed with the process and sends email updating you on what’s been done. Louise is my representative and he is very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with Daria today, the corporate office had sent us a bill that was incorrect, and I requested them to have the local office contact me. Daria called today and was able to correct the situation and give us a fair price. She made me feel like a valued customer! We will be staying with Truly Nolen for another 10 years - as long as she’s also there!

Devon with Terminix always does a wonderful job treating our home for pests. He is thorough, professional, and very friendly! He always asks if we have any other concerns and provides feedback and advice on how to address these concerns. We look forward to seeing his gracious smile each month. Since we started using Terminix, we have not had any issues with bugs or pests inside or around the perimeter of our home. He is thorough and very responsive and really just a very nice person to talk to - always friendly and willing to listen to any issues! He is also very respectful of my cats when spraying as well as my bird/squirrel feeders! In this day and age, that is getting harder and harder to find so I really appreciate it!

My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job of getting rid of a tree rat problem I had. It was quite expensive but I was grateful to be rodent free. However, the monthly cost for maintenance required to guarantee no future problems, in my case, was extremely over priced and I cancelled it within a few months.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
