Kevin was amazing! He did the pest control treatment in my home Suggested a lot of things for my home. Referred me to Termite Protection with same company. He was very helpful, efficient, friendly, etc.

Bryan Vazquez was my technician today. Fox texted me over the weekend to remind me, Bryan texted saying he was on his way with an approximate time of arrival. He was courteous, competent and timely. He asked about our property line which is open to our neighbors' property. He went over what he was going to be doing and listened to my comments and concerns. We may not get the same technician, but we get the same great service. Why we are still customers over 2 years later.

Very Happy with Fox pest control. I have had no problems with them, never needed to call in between services. Our technician Owen is fantastic. I recommend them highly.

Kevin has been great! He’s still here and hasn’t completed his service but I have every confidence that the service will be impeccable. Lots of info about my pest problem and how to do my part to prevent problems. Very satisfied!

I have to say, I've had a lot of bad experiences with companies coming in and saying they'd take care of the issue but half do the job but I am so grateful to have found Fox. From the initial call with setting up my services to the time Kevin, which was my tech, arrived, these guys have done an phenomenal job. Not only did Kevin meet my expectations, but he went above and beyond, all while answering my little busy and curious 4year Olds, questions. I would HIGHLEY recommend them to anyone who needs services.

I’ve used Terminix for several months now and they have been wonderful. Our technician Freddy is awesome! He really takes the time to go over everything with us and answer any questions. He always has a friendly smile and a positive attitude. We enjoy having Terminix and Freddy on our side for our pest control. Highly recommend.

Zion does an amazing job and our family and pets get to enjoy our yard without nagging mosquitoes or unwarned pests! Great customer service and communication is so easy and streamlined through the Terminix app! Highly recommend!

I was not notified until I got a text message that your tech was on his way. He never spoke with me after the outside inspection and he never came in and inspected the attic. Need to be more informed as I may not have been at home, due to the appointments I have in the afternoon.

Five stars to two great technicians from Nolan that have been a wonderful help. David Delgado and TJ (Terrance). They're kind, patient, honest and go the extra mile. They've helped with securing all the outdoor entry points of my home to ensure no unwanted visitors enter as well as helped when those unwanted visitors unfortunately have entered and needed to be caught then extracted. I can't say I've experience the best service from the office or others (due to lack of communication, and miscommunication as well as only offering bare minimum service from others) but you can count on David and TJ.

Herby was extremely professional, polite and very thorough. He took his time and exceeded my expectations and even did way better than some prior experiences with other technicians. He did a great job and was pleasant to speak to. Added note.... Herby is the only tech I ask for. He's the best!

Truly Nolen was contacted as I heard something in my office wall and above in the attic. They were super responsive and came out the next day to do a full house inspection. I hired them on the spot after speaking with their sales rep, Doug. Their technician, Luis, came out the very next day and began sealing off access points around the house. Two days later, Andrew came out to start inspecting the traps. After 3 visits there's no dead mice/rats, but we're hoping that they just can no longer access the house and cause chaos!! I've been very impressed with the service received thus far!

We’ve been using Truly Nolen for over a year now and the service has been very effective. All of our interactions with office staff and technicians have been pleasant and professional. Herbie was hands down incredible. Very Knowledgeable and while providing his service he was also educating me at the same time and making sure I understood what he was doing. My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job of getting rid of a tree rat problem I had. It was quite expensive but I was grateful to be rodent free. However, the monthly cost for maintenance required to guarantee no future problems, in my case, was extremely over priced and I cancelled it within a few months.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

I have been with Heron since Ioved from CA to Orlando in 2022. Florida climate is very different and has many more bugs than I can name. Thanks to Eli, I will be a lifelong customer of Heron! It is definitely not the company with the lowest price, but they definitely offer the best value! Just had my lawn and shrub service today by Tamas Kucsma. He is very informative! He took pictures of issues with my lawn, and taught me how to resolve them. He also told me about fire ants and ground breeding bees! Heron not only services my house, but hires knowledgeable staffs! It’s amazing that we get service and education at the same time! It’s truly amazing! Thank you so much, Eli and Tamas!!!

Everyone at Heron has been very helpful and polite. However, you always wonder when the service tech shows up what kind of experience you’re going to have? Albert was the technician and he was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, showed me all about the system, took time to explain features, he was very personable, was not in a hurry, he actually seemed to enjoy his time here setting up my system. Everything he suggested was reasonable and when he left, all was complete, not anything was missing A Super experience can’t recommend Heron and Albert enough. Heron, Albert represents your company very well.

Dalton Smith from Heron is always courteous and detailed in his service. If I have a question or concern he makes sure to answer the questions thoroughly and treat any concern we may have with our lawn, shrub and palm tree service. Our lawn has never looked better! I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
