I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

So far, great service! We chose Orkin because we appreciated their offerings and approach to treating our termite issues. We really liked our first impression with Don C, our inspector and sales representative. He was informative and helpful. He didn’t push us or scare us with our situation. The prices were in line with everyone else and their process aligned with our needs. We just finished up with our attic drywood treatment that also included treating all doors and windows plus 6in insulation we desperately needed (it was a project on our to do list) the upside is this new insulation also has been treated to make our attic inhospitable to termites and all sorts of rodents and bugs. The guys working onsite were friendly and professional and communicative. Fingers crossed this nips our termite issues. If not, they will keep retreating at our request.

Sam, our technician, is phenomenal and the reason why we came back. He’s personable and knows his stuff. To make a long story short, I moved into a townhouse that had a bug problem. Thomas wirg Orkin went so above and beyond to make me actually feel somewhat comfortable still living here. After one day of him setting down traps and bait, I've seen tremendous results at an affordable price. Can't imagine someone else to go to for pest control of the same quality as Orkin.

We have been using Orkin for years. Our current tech communicates with us very well leading up to the day of our quarterly service. If we have any issues, they are quickly resolved.

The entire process from calling and scheduling a visit was easy and really good customer service (listening to my needs and providing appropriate recommendations) The guys who came to provide services were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend without reservations.

My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job of getting rid of a tree rat problem I had. It was quite expensive but I was grateful to be rodent free. However, the monthly cost for maintenance required to guarantee no future problems, in my case, was extremely over priced and I cancelled it within a few months.
