Kevin was amazing! He did the pest control treatment in my home Suggested a lot of things for my home. Referred me to Termite Protection with same company. He was very helpful, efficient, friendly, etc.

Bryan Vazquez was my technician today. Fox texted me over the weekend to remind me, Bryan texted saying he was on his way with an approximate time of arrival. He was courteous, competent and timely. He asked about our property line which is open to our neighbors' property. He went over what he was going to be doing and listened to my comments and concerns. We may not get the same technician, but we get the same great service. Why we are still customers over 2 years later.

Very Happy with Fox pest control. I have had no problems with them, never needed to call in between services. Our technician Owen is fantastic. I recommend them highly.

Kevin has been great! He’s still here and hasn’t completed his service but I have every confidence that the service will be impeccable. Lots of info about my pest problem and how to do my part to prevent problems. Very satisfied!

I have to say, I've had a lot of bad experiences with companies coming in and saying they'd take care of the issue but half do the job but I am so grateful to have found Fox. From the initial call with setting up my services to the time Kevin, which was my tech, arrived, these guys have done an phenomenal job. Not only did Kevin meet my expectations, but he went above and beyond, all while answering my little busy and curious 4year Olds, questions. I would HIGHLEY recommend them to anyone who needs services.

Had extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!

Moving into a fixer upper a year and a half ago, my house was a pest party. I had a previous pest control company that wasn’t working, so I contacted Terminex. Finally my pest issues are under control and I’m very pleased with the knowledge of the technicians and the services provided. Thx!!

Terminix definitely receives a five-star for me today. I was extremely impressed by Judy who came out to do the inspection. She was so full of knowledge and help me to understand what was going to be done and very much detail which I appreciate. Also at first I was scheduled for Friday and then I got a text from Judy to see if they could come out today. Which I was amazed that it happened so quickly. I definitely said yes, come on out. Kyle and Blake were my technicians and they were extremely professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They work so hard to get everything done and explain everything to me. I think everyone needs a bonus!

I have had Terminex services for a few years now. One thing I love is that I have the same technician, Juan, who has been servicing my house for as long as I have had the policy. He is very professional with great attention to detail. He send me a message when he arrives to make sure my little doggies are inside the house so he doesn’t accidentally let them out when coming into the back yard, he check if there is anything inside the house that needs attention. I have his phone number and am able to call him I between service days in case something comes up and he is quick to schedule an appointment to address any issues. I highly recommend!

Did everything they said they would, followed through and the staff is knowledgeable, polite and courteous. You wont be disappointed.

I have been with Heron since Ioved from CA to Orlando in 2022. Florida climate is very different and has many more bugs than I can name. Thanks to Eli, I will be a lifelong customer of Heron! It is definitely not the company with the lowest price, but they definitely offer the best value! Just had my lawn and shrub service today by Tamas Kucsma. He is very informative! He took pictures of issues with my lawn, and taught me how to resolve them. He also told me about fire ants and ground breeding bees! Heron not only services my house, but hires knowledgeable staffs! It’s amazing that we get service and education at the same time! It’s truly amazing! Thank you so much, Eli and Tamas!!!

Everyone at Heron has been very helpful and polite. However, you always wonder when the service tech shows up what kind of experience you’re going to have? Albert was the technician and he was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, showed me all about the system, took time to explain features, he was very personable, was not in a hurry, he actually seemed to enjoy his time here setting up my system. Everything he suggested was reasonable and when he left, all was complete, not anything was missing A Super experience can’t recommend Heron and Albert enough. Heron, Albert represents your company very well.

Dalton Smith from Heron is always courteous and detailed in his service. If I have a question or concern he makes sure to answer the questions thoroughly and treat any concern we may have with our lawn, shrub and palm tree service. Our lawn has never looked better! I highly recommend Heron and if you are lucky enough to have Dalton as your tech, you will absolutely be in good hands.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
