Bryan Vazquez was my technician today. Fox texted me over the weekend to remind me, Bryan texted saying he was on his way with an approximate time of arrival. He was courteous, competent and timely. He asked about our property line which is open to our neighbors' property. He went over what he was going to be doing and listened to my comments and concerns. We may not get the same technician, but we get the same great service. Why we are still customers over 2 years later.

I have to say, I've had a lot of bad experiences with companies coming in and saying they'd take care of the issue but half do the job but I am so grateful to have found Fox. From the initial call with setting up my services to the time Kevin, which was my tech, arrived, these guys have done an phenomenal job. Not only did Kevin meet my expectations, but he went above and beyond, all while answering my little busy and curious 4year Olds, questions. Sidney, the technician, could not be nicer and respectful. He was concerned about my safety and explained the treatment procedure fully. He will be returning two weeks after the first application in order to do a complete job since we are dealing with fleas.

We love our technician, Jose. He is always cheerful and polite and contacts us a day or so before his scheduled visit. The day of we get a text to say he is on his way. We continue to be satisfied with Jose and his work. He takes the time to ask if we have concerns and makes sure to address them each visit.

Dave Schupp was my advisior and he was very insightful on what needed to be done and told us how to take care of my termite issue. He was not pushy and walk us through everything, answering questions, and was always there when we had concerns. Our exterminator Joe also did an outstanding job. He took his time and was very thorough with the job. He was never in a rush and took care of our house. Even through a severe thunder storm with hail. Have to say I highly recommend Truly Nolen and will use them again in the future.

My technician for yesterday Chris was absolutely amazing. He did an outstanding job and answered all the questions I had. All around he is a great guy. Truly Nolen is an good company to have for your pest control.

I have been with Heron since Ioved from CA to Orlando in 2022. Florida climate is very different and has many more bugs than I can name. Thanks to Eli, I will be a lifelong customer of Heron! It is definitely not the company with the lowest price, but they definitely offer the best value! Just had my lawn and shrub service today by Tamas Kucsma. He is very informative! He took pictures of issues with my lawn, and taught me how to resolve them. He also told me about fire ants and ground breeding bees! Heron not only services my house, but hires knowledgeable staffs! It’s amazing that we get service and education at the same time! It’s truly amazing! Thank you so much, Eli and Tamas!!!

We’ve been so happy with our care from Angel at Heron. Our yard had several areas that needed attention and Angel knew just what to do to get the results that we wanted. A beautiful healthy lawn in just a few weeks! It’s now been years and our yard has continued to only look better and better!

Jesus from Heron has been doing our pest control for the 6 years. He’s excellent! He not only does a great job but he is always willing to answer your questions and spends time explaining issues we might have. Jesus always calls before he comes to give us his ETA. We use Heron for our pest control for over 10 years and have had very good results. Charlie is our service tech and is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We are very pleased with his work.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
