Fox pest control is great. After a cpl yrs of using their service I had some questions. Shane came out to the house and spent a lot of time educating me about the service and expected results. Marcos is a great technician. Had another guy and had stopped service because of lack of professionalism. Never came when scheduled and never eliminated my pest issues. Marcos came and cleared my house of all pests. No more ants, no more insect things in the pantry, and definitely no more roaches. Always on time and 5 star quality work. Definitely the best pest tech I have had in Miami. Julio is also very good regarding eliminating my termites. Very professional group.

The one thing I like about Orkin is they give head’s up when they are in route. The tech always texts you to let you know he is outside before he’s ring your doorbell. The tech Sean who is on my route is very friendly, curious and always greets me with a smile. He is very knowledgeable of any questions you might have about have. I been with Orkin about 3 years. Since I been with Orkin I never had a problem where I had to call them to come back out because I see bugs. I was having pest problems in my garage and kitchen and Orkin was able to take care of my problem on the first visit.

We called Orkin for an ant infestation. We were immediately comfortable with Frank the techician that responded. He was professional, personable, and completely educated us and answered all of our many questions. We consider that we are fortunate to have found this office.

We have Orkin for 2 homes. Everyone that came out were absolutely the best. So friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone. They really go beyond what I expected. Very happy.

We purchased a home a year ago and needed to have treatments. Every time I’ve had questions or made appointments , the office staff has been helpful & polite. Each technician that has been sent out, the most recent one-Carlos, have been professional & answered all my questions. They never made me feel silly for not being happy about seeing bugs in our home. While it would be nice to not have to have insect control maintenance, Orkin has made it convenient & seamless for our home.

Darrell came to our house today as scheduled. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions, especially in regards to our pets well-being. I highly recommend them for any of your bug issues as we all have here in Florida.

I have three TN services....each has been responsive, prompt, respectful of my house and property and the technicians are always cordial. The KL office staff is so easy to work with and do all they can to make the visit conveniently scheduled for their customers.

Thankful for Derek of Truly Nolen coming out so quickly (same day!). He promptly identified the issue and offered a thorough treatment for the situation. Oscar Ostos went above and beyond to help my family with our pest problem. he was very friendly and made sure to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. he answered all our questions about how the treatment methods work. having delt with other pest service in the past. we are very happy with the job done by Oscar and we would reccomend him to any friend or family

The experience has been easy. All of these guys are respectful and very pleasant! Bill came to do the inspection a sign me up and Dana was one of the technicians that took care of everything. He kept me informed at all times and was very nice, so was the other technician - sorry that I didn’t get his name. The st are very professional !

Being a new home owner with pests like termites it was best option to work with them! As a first review they had initially helped, we reached out again and Cade came out with his help we gotten a lot more help with our problems. To save this little house we are working with getting the home bundled. Today we were scheduled to get the first step of securing the home exterior Nathanial Rodrigues came out and did an amazing job! He insured that he will be back to finish the work in the attic. There will be a much bigger and better review when we are fully secured with the protection against termites. 🐦‍⬛

When my previous technician Jack McDonald told me he was retiring, I was concerned that his replacement would fall short. Jack was fantastic. I was really sad to see him go. Enter Brittany Dietrich. Brittany is even better than Jack. She is friendly, thorough and always professional. She takes time to explain what she's found and how she is going to fix the problem. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything so it's easy to understand. She is an asset to the company. After Jack left I was actually thinking of switching to a different company but with Brittany Dietrich handling my account, I decided to stay with Terminix.

ETA: I appreciate the owner for reaching out and displaying interest in improving Customer experience.. Have been a loyal Terminix customer for over 20 years. Over the past 3-4 years things have really deteriorated as far as communication goes. There are lots of glowing reviews on here, but the experience totally depends on which office is assigned your account, and who your tech is. Lots of problems with the Terminix Orange Park office . Techs show up unannounced for inspections that require us to be available. Or ghost you without notification on visits that are scheduled. Since Covid, the techs assigned to us have not been of the experience and quality as previous and it shows. In the past, you could call Orange Park directly and schedule-- no more. All calls need to be handled by out of state call center. I was advised that this office might be getting a new supervisor-- hopefully things will improve with Customer Service. Otherwise there are lots of great companies to choose from.

Today my home was serviced by Clayton and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. After he proceeded to treat the home on the outside and inside. When he was done he let me know and before leaving asked if I had any other pests issues. I highly recommend Terminix and Clayton.

I really panicked when I saw a little black snake on my neighbord fence , Amber came and calmed my fear , she did a wonderful job , with her service I feel comfortable in my house ! Thanks Amber !

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Jesus Rivera has been our technician for several years and is always reliable and very knowledgeable on pests. He comes between regular service whenever I need, which is not very often. I would recommend Heron as a regular pest control company. I’ve been very happy and as bug free as possible living in a rural area surrounded by woods.

Mr. Smith is an awesome tech for irrigation maintenance. He is always polite and patient with all my questions. He does great work with a smile and has just a great demeanor about him. Highly recommend.

I recently hired Heron Home & Outdoor for lawn care, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Manny Guzman was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess my lawn's needs and provided a tailored maintenance plan. Since starting their services, my grass has never looked healthier!

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
