The one thing I like about Orkin is they give head’s up when they are in route. The tech always texts you to let you know he is outside before he’s ring your doorbell. The tech Sean who is on my route is very friendly, curious and always greets me with a smile. He is very knowledgeable of any questions you might have about have. I been with Orkin about 3 years. Since I been with Orkin I never had a problem where I had to call them to come back out because I see bugs. I was having pest problems in my garage and kitchen and Orkin was able to take care of my problem on the first visit.

They are wonderful. They came out quickly within 24 hours & listened to my situation to better help them do there job. My technician Sean, that came out was extremely nice as well as the person I spoke with on the phone I think her name might be Letiesha. They're all so nice & do an Amazing job having to take care of the unwanted critters & bugs

Anytime that I have needed service with Orkin I have had great experience. I have had Steve B. For 3 years and has always addressed our needs here in Middleburg. When I call in Staff have always been great to try and get someone out same day. I spoke with Alicia and she was great also she got me booked for them to come out and take care of a nuisance as well. ETA: I appreciate the owner for reaching out and displaying interest in improving Customer experience.. Have been a loyal Terminix customer for over 20 years. Over the past 3-4 years things have really deteriorated as far as communication goes. There are lots of glowing reviews on here, but the experience totally depends on which office is assigned your account, and who your tech is. Lots of problems with the Terminix Orange Park office . Techs show up unannounced for inspections that require us to be available. Or ghost you without notification on visits that are scheduled. Since Covid, the techs assigned to us have not been of the experience and quality as previous and it shows. In the past, you could call Orange Park directly and schedule-- no more. All calls need to be handled by out of state call center. I was advised that this office might be getting a new supervisor-- hopefully things will improve with Customer Service. Otherwise there are lots of great companies to choose from.

After going through 2 other pest companies, we had Anthony from Terminix come for our 3rd inspection (after 2 other companies provided conflicting reports). He was thorough, honest and an excellent communicator. Our Seller was impressed and so were we. We feel confident using Terminix for future transactions and want to thank Anthony specifically for his customer service, knowledge and willingness to find solutions when others didn’t.

I recently had a great experience with Anthony who came to my home for an issue. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the situation, current options.and went out of his way to provide great service. He assessed the situation with care and addressed all my concerns. While the initial Technician who came to my house a year ago failed to provide me with all treatment options and awareness of potential problems, Anthony worked efficiently and effectively, showing expertise in pest control that really put my mind at ease and set me up with all appropriate treatment plans and coverage.. Devon Bass has been the technician at our home consistently for years and he does an excellent job. He gives us advance notice/reminder of his scheduled appointment and is on time. He is kind, courteous and very thorough. He follows up regularly on the rare occasion we have had any kind of problem . We have come to know him well and trust him as our friend. He goes above and beyond - once calling us when we were away from home to warn us that a glass was broken. It was something we knew about; but, goes to show his concern and care for his customers. I think it's great that Terminix has managed to keep employees on a long term basis and on a regular route to allow their customers to have trust in the consistent care of our homes. We have also used Terminix on rental properties in the Jacksonville area with other excellent technicians.

I cannot say enough good things about the service we received. The technician was prompt, friendly, efficient, flexible and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and more! If you’re on the fence about which business to go with, choose this one. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a rodent problem on our screened lanai! I was referred to Tru-Tech, called had an appointment scheduled promptly, had a visit from the rep., who did a very thorough check of our home. Luckily, there was only a lanai problem and it was easily fixed and quickly. Thank goodness!

Sandy the tech was very knowledgeable about her job and friendly. Although she was taken off my service to take care of another person without completing the job. The manager Mike didn't seem to care about my service and contract being forfilled.The work is still not completed and the cost took all my savings I just retired $$ too high

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
