We LOVE Crystal. Going through chemo I had special needs and didn’t want different people in my home. Crystal is our person and Orkin has always been the best. I tried others and they cost more and don’t do a great job. Orkin is affordable and keeps me safe from unwanted guests!

Customer service was pushy and tried to add on services I didn’t need. Almost hung up with them because it felt like I was being scammed. The service itself was awesome though and my tech Timothy was great!

I’ve been using Terminix for years for pest control services and they have been great. Specifically, Devon is who treats our house and he is amazing! He takes time to listen to any concerns, discusses treatment plans with you, and is very polite and respectful. He also is quick to respond if a concern pops up outside of the normal seasonal treatment window. I highly recommend Devon from Terminix for anyone in the beaches area!!

We had a rodent problem on our screened lanai! I was referred to Tru-Tech, called had an appointment scheduled promptly, had a visit from the rep., who did a very thorough check of our home. Luckily, there was only a lanai problem and it was easily fixed and quickly. Thank goodness!

Sandy the tech was very knowledgeable about her job and friendly. Although she was taken off my service to take care of another person without completing the job. The manager Mike didn't seem to care about my service and contract being forfilled.The work is still not completed and the cost took all my savings I just retired $$ too high

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
