I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

First of all I want to thank Jacky on customer service, because of her me and my wife chose Orkin. When people say first impressions count, yes it’s so true. Me and my wife were calling around and we found better deals, but the way that Jacky explained to us the process Orkin works and how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful she was I didn’t care to pay a little more because I knew if their customer service it’s like that this company is investing in satisfying their customers in every way they can. So again a big thanks to Jacky for her patience, time and help. Best Customer service I ever had in years. Tiffany was our exterminator and no doubt as soon as I and my wife saw her and she acknowledged us we knew we made a good decision with Orkin. She is friendly, and makes you feel comfortable that you can ask her anything that you got in mind about your pest issues. She found where my issue was coming from showed to me and explained how she was going to take care of it. Also I have a dog and he is very territorial (not that friendly) I was concerned because Tiffany needed to spay the back of the house and that was were I put my dog at, but she wanted to meet him and let my dog to sniff her and get to know her, that was amazing to me because like most people that have dogs they are family to us and she even took that as a consideration. No to forget that my dog did not barked at her and let her rubbed on him and followed her instructions. I don’t know how often Orkin changes routes of their exterminators but please We want Tiffany to be our permanent one.

We had a rodent problem on our screened lanai! I was referred to Tru-Tech, called had an appointment scheduled promptly, had a visit from the rep., who did a very thorough check of our home. Luckily, there was only a lanai problem and it was easily fixed and quickly. Thank goodness!

Sandy the tech was very knowledgeable about her job and friendly. Although she was taken off my service to take care of another person without completing the job. The manager Mike didn't seem to care about my service and contract being forfilled.The work is still not completed and the cost took all my savings I just retired $$ too high

The visit by Kevin was one of the best we have ever had. He was polite and very thorough and spent time answering our questions. I had no knowledge of some of this information previously. I am requesting that only Kevin come for our annual inspections from now on.

Terminix has been our choice since moving to this area from the northeast. Devon Bass is the best! He has been coming to our house for almost two years. He is very punctual, reliable and always listens and remedies our mosquitoes/pest issues. Devon is very polite and displays high level of pride in doing good work. I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
