I really needed a good/reputable exterminator. One day I see the Orkin truck a couple of houses down and that is when I met William Colón. So knowable, helpful and he’s very nice. After the first visit I noticed all the bugs disappear just one here or there. I signed on for a monthly service and this was my second month. As always William the professional got to working and he is always so kind to my elderly mother which means a lot to me. I means it’s Orkin but the customer service is top notch!

I have had both Vernon and Alex come out to spray my apartment. Both of these guys were nice, educational, and extremely thorough with their work. I have noticed an improvement and appreciate this company.

Truly Nolen provided outstanding service for me. They had an inspector come out within a day of my initial call. The inspector Alan was a very nice & knowledgeable man, he called ahead & arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection and recommended a sensible total termite treatment plan for me that was fairly priced. There was no high pressure sales, rather it was just a simple here’s what I saw and what I recommend and why I recommend it, and here is our price. It was a decent price when you consider paying the inspector & technician salaries, the cost of chemicals, bait stations, etc and overhead to run a company in today’s times. Alan explained the products they use to treat the home and how & where they would be doing the treatments and showed me the termite bait stations & bait canisters they use. Two days later, the technician Murcell came to do the treatments. He called ahead & arrived promptly with a smile, and he got busy treating my home. I have peace of mind knowing Truly Nolen has treated my home. And I also liked that both employees spoke highly about their company.

We’re huge fans of Truly Nolen! We used their services when we lived in the South and were so impressed that we wish we’d stuck with them after moving to Central Florida. We made the mistake of trying a very pupular online fumigation service, and it was a total disaster. The ants were practically swimming in the solution! Not to mention the spiders that were coming into our home. After hiring Truly Nolen, we were amazed by the results. Within hours, we noticed dead bugs we hadn’t seen since living here that were in our home. Their products are safe for pets and kids, too. We highly recommend Truly Nolen without hesitation!

Right around the time Hurricane Milton arrived, I noticed a small pile of what I thought was termite poop. I called for an inspection and learned the source of the waste was big-headed ants. I was pleased to learn I didn't have termites in my home, but this being Florida, I thought they'd be coming eventually. I decided to invest early and avoid problems later. I scheduled treatment. The tech arrived and worked quietly and efficiently, knocking out most of the job in a few hours. He needed to access a separate attic and didn't have a ladder long enough so had to come back. This he did and completed the service. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions concisely and clearly. I was very pleased with his performance and the service. Time will tell how well it worked.

From the quote to the actual service, everyone was incredible! Alan is very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. He showed up on time and was courteous. After walking through and around the house, he made sure we were informed of our options and the pricing and didn’t pressure us to go one way or another. David and his trainee were awesome! They showed up right on time, took a look around and briefly explained what they were going to do. They were kind, respectful, thorough and careful with our belongings and furniture when things needed to be moved. They even made sure to move the rugs in my children’s rooms so they didn’t walk all over them or get chemicals on them. I truly feel like we received incredible service for our money and am very pleased with everything so far!

Service was great. Lerry was very helpful. Edgar and his assistant were very friendly and helpful. They couldn't get the job done on first visit because of truck issues and problems with their machine. They were very apologetic, even after driving 4 hours for my job. They volunteered to come back the next week, even though it was supposed to be their weekend off. They again drove 4 hours the following week to get at my house at 8:00 am to start our job. They got the job done in about 4 hours with one break to prevent heat exhaustion. Very pleased with the job and noticed a difference almost immediately. Thanks to Lerry he also held my check until the job was completely finished. Good coordination. The four stars are only because of the lack of a completely prepared truck to drive for a job.

Justin did an absolutely amazing job! Very pleasant attitude, explained everything before doing his job, spoke clear to understand what was going on, was very professional and respectful as well to asking questions before he did things. My experience with Terminix has been smooth and easy. I was able to easily schedule a free home inspection and estimate online and a team member was at my home the very next day. Within 24 hours a field technician named Phillip Harris was serving my home. I can't say enough how pleased I was with how thorough he was. He was friendly and professional and offered a follow up visit at no extra charge. I am glad I chose Terminix and feel safe and comfortable inviting Phillip back again for further treatments.

Christopher Hann has come out to the house on multiple occasions for various inspections and services, and he has always been very quickly accessible, knowledgeable and professional, and a fast communicator (before, during, and after the service). I know I can trust his findings and that he means it when he says he remains available for questions even between visits. It's techs like Christopher that have made me confident in the exceptional service experience I've always received, for years now, from Terminix!

Our yearly termite inspection was performed today by Kelly, a technician with Terminix. She was very professional, informative and friendly. As she did the inspection she took the time to explain why she was doing things. At the end she was nice enough to suggest a few things for us to do in the future to protect our home. I highly recommend her and Terminix to keep your home safe…Jim Treinen.

My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job of getting rid of a tree rat problem I had. It was quite expensive but I was grateful to be rodent free. However, the monthly cost for maintenance required to guarantee no future problems, in my case, was extremely over priced and I cancelled it within a few months.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
