I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

We’ve had heron for both pest and lawn service at our house for nearly 10 years. The service has been consistently very good, especially our pest control tech, Lucas Lague, who is super friendly and does a great job every time. They’re also good about coming out to address issues between scheduled visits when necessary, like during ant swarm season. The only thing that could be improved is the billing system because I have to pay for the pest and lawn care bills on different schedules, which is a bit inconvenient. Wish they would just bill me each quarter instead of after every visit.

I have used their pest control services for more than 10 years. Kevin Kirby is always friendly and thorough, providing consistent communication and excellent customer service. I've never had a pest issue while using their service and I appreciate Kevin's thoughtfulness when it comes to my home, pets, and family.

Juan Minguela has been treating my in-laws house for a few services now. The lawn looks perfect!! The soil in the back lawn does retain a good amount of water but after irrigation recommendations were made those cultural issues were taken care of. Thank you Juan

He looks in every corner hard to reach places, anytime the heat drops by, I can count that he will do his best to keep my house safe. Kevin Kirby with Heron Home and Outdoors has been taking care of our pest control for several years now. We have had NO issues since Kevin has been servicing us, other than the occasional ants outdoors, which he quickly and efficiently takes care of. Truly Nolen has been servicing our property for many years now. We have Had the same pest control specialist, Rossani Nelson, during that entire time. We really appreciate that consistency of service since Rosani knows our home, as well as our needs and concerns. He has always been professional, consistent and reliable. Truly Nolen is fortunate to have him, as he is an outstanding representative for his company. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

I was visiting friends and noticed that they had a huge wasp nest on their porch that would have been dangerous for us to try to remove without professional services. Called a few pest control services over the weekend, and Truly Nolen was the only local service I found that could get me a fast appointment for a reasonable one-time service price. I needed to fly home before the service was performed & so was coordinating from out-of-state on the appointment day, but everything still went perfectly according to plan. The wasp nests were removed and Truly Nolen even added a complimentary extra fire ant spray to the perimeter. My friends were on a tight schedule that day, and the technician arrived right on-time and finished the service in less than an hour without any delays. Thank you so much to Truly Nolen technician Brett and manager Dave- we will definitely be using this service again in the future if/when needed.

The turn around in my yard over the last year and a half has been absolutely spectacular thanks to Rodrigo. He always contacts me before he shows up which I very much like. He takes his time through my yard and makes sure it's done the way it should be. Thank you Rodrigo for all the help.

Rodrigo is awesome. He is very personable and treats your lawn as if it was his own. He makes great recommendations and always ensures that we are communicated to. Since we started with him, our grass has significantly gotten better from our initial concerns. We’re looking forward to even more results over the next year!

They arrived to our property and executed a well organized plan. They communicated ahead of time on what to prepare for and what to expect. So far, we are pleased, but with drywood termites, we will see how spot treatments work until the place becomes vacant and can do fumigation.

We just had our Orkin annual inspection and we’re very pleased with Alicia our account manager. She was awesome, very helpful, and gave us some tips. We would highly recommend Orkin!

I had issues with German roaches in which I personally did some research and try to manage the situation myself without positive results. Desperate to deal with the situation and no swing results on my approach I decided to call Orkin. Now after a couple of months in their service they have the issue under control and I haven’t seen any activity whatsoever in more than 2 months at this time. Technician Joe Acosta was very knowledgeable, strategical, and helpful in this process.

We love our Orkin Technician Daniel he is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He has serviced my homes and my father’s home for over 10 years and we’ve never looked back after leaving our previous provider of service. Thanks to good employees like him we stay loyal to Orkin!

*UPDATE* 7/29/24 I connected with the Service Manager of the location and he was able to get this resolved without hesitation. Although my initial experience was not the greatest, the prompt resolution to this issue has given me some piece of mind regarding my decision to move forward with Orkin. *FIRST REVIEW* Off to a terrible start. A technician by the name Juan first visited our property and stated that Orkin would apply the first service discount of about $50, which would result in a charge of about $266. After bringing up a concern of rain he recommended we reschedule. He also mentioned that after looking at the property, the first service would be closer to $150 rather than $316 due to the condition of the house. Not really sure what he meant by this. Today 7/27/24, a tech named Dylan shows up to our appointment. He starts working, I asked a few questions to which he politely provided answers. Midway through the job I ask about the cost for the first visit and explain what Juan had mentioned, thinking there wouldn’t be any issues. After claiming that the cost was ~$300 and that he didn’t know why Juan mentioned that it wouldn’t be, he said before leaving he would call “the office” so we could work it out. He of course left without saying anything, I have a pending charge for $316 which wasn’t my expectation. I didn’t even get the first time discount of $50, and not even close to the $150 estimate that Juan had mentioned. I try to call the office and I get no answer. Orkin Customer Service redirects the call to the local office, so again, 0 resolution and a terrible start to this service.

My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job of getting rid of a tree rat problem I had. It was quite expensive but I was grateful to be rodent free. However, the monthly cost for maintenance required to guarantee no future problems, in my case, was extremely over priced and I cancelled it within a few months.

William Leach has been exceptional in providing pest control services for the last 3 years. He is extremely courteous, always attentive to our concerns, and takes immediate remedial actions to address any issues. His commitment makes him our trusted service provider and it’s great knowing we can count on him. Highly recommend!

Let's just say, bugs and I are not the best of friends... Especially those brown little things that I'm terrified of... 🤣 🤣 🤣... I've been using Terminix as my pest control company for years... More than 15 years!!! ❤️ We have moved 3 times during this period and I have transferred their Service with us to each new location each time. Not only do I not see any bugs, I don't feel them or notice any kind of unwanted visitors... Their customer service reps have always been very helpful to our needs and my technician, William, is always so nice and gracious. He has been at service to any needs we may have especially those last minute calls when on occasion I happen to see any of those not-my-friends bugs... 🤣 🤣 🤣... Thank you William for always coming to my rescue when needed. I highly recommend Terminix for your pest control needs.

Bill Leach has been my Terminix service rep for longer than I can remember. I had a little pest problem and it has never returned since he started. He's also friendly and communicates well. Highly recommended.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
