Fox pest control is great. After a cpl yrs of using their service I had some questions. Shane came out to the house and spent a lot of time educating me about the service and expected results. I have been using their pest control services for a little over a year now and with no complaints. There have been times where they have serviced my house and come back the same week when new rodents have been caught and or found. They are professional and courteous regarding your time.

The technician was amazing because he knew us from a previous residence. he was very professional but the sales office when we booked rhe initial service, misled us thinking that we would have to be out of the house and the pets would have to be out of the house for a couple hours and that wasn't the service we got it's not the technician's fault it was a sales office that misled us

We love the Altamonte branch location. Norbet (sp.?) the branch manager is always willing to take my phone call, answer my questions and is very personable while doing so. Most importantly, we love our Orkin Technician Daniel he is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.

They arrived to our property and executed a well organized plan. They communicated ahead of time on what to prepare for and what to expect. So far, we are pleased, but with drywood termites, we will see how spot treatments work until the place becomes vacant and can do fumigation.

We just had our Orkin annual inspection and we’re very pleased with Alicia our account manager. She was awesome, very helpful, and gave us some tips. We would highly recommend Orkin!

Oscar Ostos went above and beyond to help my family with our pest problem. he was very friendly and made sure to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. he answered all our questions about how the treatment methods work. having delt with other pest service in the past. we are very happy with the job done by Oscar and we would reccomend him to any friend or family

We are very happy with Truly Nolan's service! The service technician, Brett, who covers Winter Springs, does a fantastic job. He owns his work and is very knowledgeable about how to reduce unwanted pests both inside and out. Because of his techniques, we no longer have a roach problem inside the house. He took care and knew where to treat and then went to treat the more susceptible areas outside. He came the same day I called and this was an additional service call with no extra charge. He is always prompt and communicates when he will be coming, what treatments he will be providing and when he is leaving. I never have to wonder if he came or not. Excellent service in the Winter Springs area!!

Let's just say, bugs and I are not the best of friends... Especially those brown little things that I'm terrified of... 🤣 🤣 🤣... I've been using Terminix as my pest control company for years... More than 15 years!!! ❤️ We have moved 3 times during this period and I have transferred their Service with us to each new location each time. Not only do I not see any bugs, I don't feel them or notice any kind of unwanted visitors... Their customer service reps have always been very helpful to our needs and my technician, William, is always so nice and gracious. He has been at service to any needs we may have especially those last minute calls when on occasion I happen to see any of those not-my-friends bugs... 🤣 🤣 🤣... My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job of getting rid of a tree rat problem I had. It was quite expensive but I was grateful to be rodent free. However, the monthly cost for maintenance required to guarantee no future problems, in my case, was extremely over priced and I cancelled it within a few months.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
