We have been with Orkin for 30 years with our subterranean termite bond. They come out once a year and check the property inside and out for any signs of termite activity. James was my technician today as well as last year and he was very knowledgeable and nice.

I have been using their pest control services for a little over a year now and with no complaints. There have been times where they have serviced my house and come back the same week when new rodents have been caught and or found. They are professional and courteous regarding your time.

The technician was amazing because he knew us from a previous residence. he was very professional but the sales office when we booked rhe initial service, misled us thinking that we would have to be out of the house and the pets would have to be out of the house for a couple hours and that wasn't the service we got it's not the technician's fault it was a sales office that misled us

Bob is awesome. He is always extremely responsive and willing to go above and beyond to help us out. Perfect example: My 4 year old daughter was terrified to go back outside to play because a wasp flew at her earlier that day. She agreed that if “The Bug Super Hero” came out and took care of the wasps, she would play again. Bob was out the next day, reassured her at the door he would take care of it, and was outside the same day to play. 100% satisfied with the service Bob provides, and would recommend Terminix and Bob to anyone!

My service representative is Bill Leach. Great guy. Communicates clearly both before and after service. Points out things that require attention and makes good suggestions that go beyond just recommending more products or service from Terminix. Always makes me feel like his most important client.

Bob is the guy. He is friendly and kind, and gets great results. And he also works with our work schedule, which is very helpful. Wouldn’t want anybody else. Would give him a 10 out of 10.

Oscar Ostos went above and beyond to help my family with our pest problem. he was very friendly and made sure to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. he answered all our questions about how the treatment methods work. having delt with other pest service in the past. we are very happy with the job done by Oscar and we would reccomend him to any friend or family

Elizabeth is very good with customer service. She was able to find me same day treatment for a bug problem that just appeared. Relieved stress for which I'm very grateful.

My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job of getting rid of a tree rat problem I had. It was quite expensive but I was grateful to be rodent free. However, the monthly cost for maintenance required to guarantee no future problems, in my case, was extremely over priced and I cancelled it within a few months.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Jesus from Heron has been doing our pest control for the 6 years. He’s excellent! He not only does a great job but he is always willing to answer your questions and spends time explaining issues we might have. Jesus always calls before he comes to give us his ETA. I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
