Bryan Vazquez was my technician today. Fox texted me over the weekend to remind me, Bryan texted saying he was on his way with an approximate time of arrival. He was courteous, competent and timely. He asked about our property line which is open to our neighbors' property. He went over what he was going to be doing and listened to my comments and concerns. We may not get the same technician, but we get the same great service. Why we are still customers over 2 years later.

Gavens is always punctual and very courteous when he comes by to spray the house and the outside. I never have a bad experience when he is here and he is an outstanding gentleman.

We interviewed four companies. Orkin did the most comprehensive inspection. Began treatment the next day. Extremely responsive and thorough. Would definitely recommend them.

Truly Nolan has done an incredible job with my lawn. Weeds have been removed and controlled. Rodrigo always takes the time to communicate and gives me good advise about the overall health of the landscape and my plants. Highly recommend this company.

My alarm motion detector went off last week due to "critters' in my roof messing with the alarm wires-I could hear them running around. I called Trutech Wildlife Service and they came by the following day. Different tech people from Trutech came to my house for the next couple of days. Each one of them was very respectful, prompt, friendly, dependable, and kind to me. I met with Parker, James, Jason, Rosie, and Luke--everyone had a wonderful personality and a strong work ethic! I am extremely happy with all of the work that was performed. I asked each worker for a few business cards--I plan on giving them out to my friends, as needed. As I said, I had a terrific experience with Trutech and I highly recommend them!

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Charles is the reason I am still with Heron. He is polite, so very courteous, calls to let you know he’s on his way and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His expertise keeps my house bug free. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He is a true asset to Heron.

I would recommend Jesus Rivera at Heron Home & Outdoor. He is very knowledgeable in pests both inside and out. He is punctual and very detailed with his service. If he is needed on a non-scheduled regular service, he will fit you in to come see you as soon as he can while in your area.

Heron recently came out for an indoor treatment, and I I'm very pleased with the service. From the start, communication was clear and easy. I was even able to set up my appointment via text message. Charles, the technician, was fantastic—super friendly, respectful, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he cares. The treatment is working as expected, and I’d definitely recommend Heron.

Our technician Lucas is excellent in all aspects of the services he provides. Lucas contacts us to let us know he is there with every visit. His work is very thorough and always done well. He asks if we have any special need to be addressed during the visit. Lucas has been our technician for almost 5 years and is professional and excellent at his job. I always feel that he treats out house like his. Looking forward to a long and continued service with Heron!

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Heron, Angel is always prompt, professional, and truly cares about the health of our lawn. He’s extremely knowledgeable and keeps us informed about what our grass needs. One thing we especially appreciate is how considerate he is of our Koi pond, making sure not to overspray and risk harming our fish. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and goes the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend!

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
