The Orkin Rep always does a great job. I am very happy with the service. Feb 4 2025 My Technician Joel is amazing! He's very professional and he always does such a great job. Joel is very knowledgeable and informative and I appreciate his willingness to educate me on pest control. Although I didn't have any major pest issues, I am now completely pest free because of the service he provides! Orkin is great and Joel is awesome.

The Manager Bob was extremely helpful, there was mice activity at the home, & he’s been doing everything that he can to eliminate the problem, and more. They sealed possible entry ways, and Bobs work was very neat might I add. He’s very professional, & respectful when it comes to his job. He’s now our exterminator in Fort Pierce, Florida. He’s very good with appointments, & alway punctual. So far, 1 mice was caught with the snap trap & Bob retrieved it immediately the same business day 1st appointment available which was leas than a 8 hour wait. At 1st we couldn’t there were sticky traps placed in the home by Ashter, a Terminix employee & the sticky traps wouldn’t capture any mice of which I kinda knew from experience although I am NOT a professional or expert. Any issue that I’ve had Bob, & the on call service providers have been very helpful. Bob is always on time to appointments, and he addresses any issue, or concerns right away if he can. I’m so thankful for Terminix, and Bob especially because what started off as a nightmare, and an issue with Aster one of the field employees Bob was able to turn everything around professionally with a positive mindset about everything. He fixed any problems that he could to make his customers satisfied. I see why he’s the manager. I’d work for him, & look forward to inquiring about their Termite service soon.

I just had my first service with Terminix. Rob Podd is my technician and he did a great job! He’s very knowledgeable and I can tell he cares about his customers. After talking with Rob and watching him work I’m very happy that I chose Terminix!

We have been using Terminix for approximately ten (10) years, and we have always been extremely pleased with their service. Our current Tech, Eric, who we have had for approximately four (4) years, is exceptional. He is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Terminix has been a great choice for us, and Eric has been a great representative for Terminix.

Federico is very knowledgeable about his business. He asks all the right questions and offers excellent advice. He is always punctual and also has a very nice personality. We will continue to use his services and would not hesitate to recommend him. And I always look forward to his visits because he helps me practice my Spanish!

I cannot praise my technician enough. Daniel Traver is awesome. Always pleasant, very thorough in his inspection and the application. He never hesitates to answer any questions I may have. He will automatically inform me if he sees anything that could become a problem .And will always take care of it. Today I had the honor of seeing Mike Gorman. What an amazing gentleman. He always calls me before coming out to service my lawn. He is a so very professional and incredible at his craft. He always keeps me informed on everything he does and why he does it. I actually even invited Mike over for family invents. If you are looking for a extremely awesome Technical Specialist Mike is the man to go to. I actually think he goes home in the evening and thinks about not just my lawn but everyone he Services. I wanted to take the time to put the spotlight on Mike Gorman! Mike is the one who has been treating our lawn. He came out to treat our lawn today and we couldn’t be happier with his service and attention to detail. Mike gave me a call when he was 30 min away which really helped get the dogs ready for him to work peacefully. He also explains in detail while walking the lawn with you (if you want) what he is doing and areas of concern, if any. He is always so nice every interaction! What an excellent pest control company! They are worth every penny! I had a major rodent issue inside the crawl spaces of my townhouse. The issue was so bad that the rodents ate through the roof, the installation, and the air conditioning ducts. After contacting the property management company about the exterior, and calling other pest control companies to handle the interior, and getting absolutely no where fast, I called Critter Control. They came highly recommended by two other homeowners in my development. Anyway, Daniel with Critter Control came to my home the next day to assess the damage. He was extremely through. The next day he returned with a contract. The price was the same as what my neighbors paid within the past two years; so, I was not shocked. Now, Critter Control is NOT cheap! They are expensive; but, "if pay peanuts, you get monkeys." Every three days a tech came to check the traps. He always came on time, and at a time convenient to me. After one week had past, Critter Control tech came to my home to blow in installation, the "existing" had been eaten away. While the techs where working both Daniel and his boss, Jose', came to my home to check on the work being done, and to insure that I was fine with work being done. As I rarely experience such professionalism in Florida, I was blown away. They have rid me of my rodent issue, once and more all! Thank you Critter Control. You are the best!

Absolutely surpassed my expectations. Where has this company been all my life??? Fastened down screens, spackled holes, filled in gaps, battened down openings that'd been loose for 30 years; fixed soffits; trapped critters; even drilled down molding. My house's dream-come-true !!! Totally alleviated problem--and then some! I literally do not have the words to do this guy justice. Absolutely awesome!

We had rats and lots of them I don't know when it started, but it sucked called critter control. The guys came out right away wasn't cheap, but they got the job done climbed in the attic which is small put down traps and started to catch the rats. Once the we're gone the next group came out and sealed up the house using cement. The technician spoke to me on the phone while I was working in the Middle East and explained to me what was going on. They used a fog to blow thru the house to look for openings and closed everything up also sprayed something in the attic to kill the germs from the rodents droppings. It must have worked because we haven't seen or heard anything in the walls or ceilings since.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
