I am late with this one...I usually work with Ashley from day one she has been courteous and professional. Whenever Ashley comes my last baby Vynala Cooky just goes all out to greet her. Ashley is always positive and eager to address any/all concerns that I have. Ashley is very knowledgeable and she is not afraid to ask a question and get the answer for me if she does not know the answer. The 5 stars is only for David Schupp. The only redeeming quality for Truly Nolan is the fact that David Schupp is on board. He is professional, responsive and genuinely seems to take his role seriously! Hands down he should manage this location. He is the only one who knows what they are doing-I had management and several other representatives' from this company each of the 4 times out here ( and that is just this year) regarding termites had a different answer- Meanwhile termites wrecked havoc- corporate never called back after an interrogative call with them and assurance that someone would call back- Get your act together and have someone who knows what they are talking about and cares to get problems resolved, get David Schupp into a higher management position-

My service technician Donald is just absolutely AMAZING! I have recently hired truly nolen again after being a past customer and it was only because of him I returned because i automatically know there is one person who can for sure get the job done! Don is truly an expert at what he does, very detail oriented, extremely knowledgable, he is always courteous, have an awesome personality, respectful and is very professional. He is always a delight to work with and that's why I request him. I have had other technicians in the past but Don is in a class all by himself. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection to get my roach infestation under control. I was completely WOWED with the results since my last visit! One word to describe Don which is Spectacular! 1000/10! The BEST and MOST outstanding tech ever!

We cannot say enough good things about our service. We bought our house 2 years ago and the bug problem was horrible. We used to have to leave lights on and the radio to scare them away at night. Within a month of service by Juno at Orkin we saw a huge resolve to the problem! 2 years later we are virtually bug free ... in Florida, no less!! They are VERY professional, mindful about our pets and very responsive. I had no problem feeling that I could refer them to my neighbors when asked about our service.

So far I am very happy with the service that Orkin has provided. They are easy to reach, very responsive and most of all, James, our regular Tech is friendly and professional. James also provides great solutions to any pest problems we may be experiencing and has the patience to talk things through. Thank you James!

What an excellent pest control company! They are worth every penny! I had a major rodent issue inside the crawl spaces of my townhouse. The issue was so bad that the rodents ate through the roof, the installation, and the air conditioning ducts. After contacting the property management company about the exterior, and calling other pest control companies to handle the interior, and getting absolutely no where fast, I called Critter Control. They came highly recommended by two other homeowners in my development. Anyway, Daniel with Critter Control came to my home the next day to assess the damage. He was extremely through. The next day he returned with a contract. The price was the same as what my neighbors paid within the past two years; so, I was not shocked. Now, Critter Control is NOT cheap! They are expensive; but, "if pay peanuts, you get monkeys." Every three days a tech came to check the traps. He always came on time, and at a time convenient to me. After one week had past, Critter Control tech came to my home to blow in installation, the "existing" had been eaten away. While the techs where working both Daniel and his boss, Jose', came to my home to check on the work being done, and to insure that I was fine with work being done. As I rarely experience such professionalism in Florida, I was blown away. They have rid me of my rodent issue, once and more all! Thank you Critter Control. You are the best!

Absolutely surpassed my expectations. Where has this company been all my life??? Fastened down screens, spackled holes, filled in gaps, battened down openings that'd been loose for 30 years; fixed soffits; trapped critters; even drilled down molding. My house's dream-come-true !!! Totally alleviated problem--and then some! I literally do not have the words to do this guy justice. Absolutely awesome!

We had rats and lots of them I don't know when it started, but it sucked called critter control. The guys came out right away wasn't cheap, but they got the job done climbed in the attic which is small put down traps and started to catch the rats. Once the we're gone the next group came out and sealed up the house using cement. The technician spoke to me on the phone while I was working in the Middle East and explained to me what was going on. They used a fog to blow thru the house to look for openings and closed everything up also sprayed something in the attic to kill the germs from the rodents droppings. It must have worked because we haven't seen or heard anything in the walls or ceilings since.

The service we receive is always on time as scheduled. Treatment is definitely helping our office. Hope to continue to see the results. TJ was exceptional and very knowledgeable on all services and definitely explained things that other techs in the past have never taken the time to do. Thank you for all your help.

My Terminix Technician Kandy Mummert has faithfully serviced my home for years. I always get a courtesy notification several days before my appointments and at that time she asks if I am having any issues. Kandy is mindful that I have a bird feeder for wild birds and she avoids that area. I have even seen her move water dishes on the porch to avoid any contamination. If I have an issue before the next appointment (which I can only remember 1) she will text the same day when she will come by. Thank you Kandy for being so dependable and that you work for a company like Terminix that I have depended on and used for years! Nancy R

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Bender was absolutely amazing he let me know he was going to be at my house at the expected time of arrival. He unfortunately didn’t get the correct address and when I told him the correct address he still came even though he was over an hour away in rush hour traffic. He completed the service and I could already see a difference before he left. 2 hours later the problem was almost solved ?. When he left I was so grateful that he came I could tell he was happy because I had a really bad situation and he knew he helped resolve it. He truly wants to help people and I am so grateful. I have been using Aptive for about 4 months now. The specialist (Terrence) who comes out has been very pleasant and professional and willing to look at any type of bug issues I want to show him or discuss. After each visit, he sends multiple photos of the various areas that he treated, I suppose in case I was not home to verify, I could feel secure that a thorough job is done. I’ve never had a contract with an exterminator before, so this was all new territory to me, but I feel very safe with Aptive employees both outside and inside my home. Note: Terrence, my specialist is also very careful not to treat near my herb garden which he noticed all on his own without me needing to point out.

I like that they are animal friendly. I akso appreciate what a great job Mike does. He rids me of the 8 legged ones with the webs and the eggs in my screen room. It’s very important to me because I am prone to get bit by whatever comes my way. Mike also treats the entire outside of my home, no need to come and spray inside after just a couple of treatments. Mike is a very polite, courteous, respectful, gentleman. I find Mine very easy to talk to and communicate with. A hard worker and an asset to any company. I used to have this other pest control company small business but they bailed and never showed up again. Spoke with someone from adaptive environmental and got a pretty good deal on pest control. Appt was quickly made and Corwin the technician was friendly and thorough getting all the areas outside with spiders and bugs. Pretty good service ?

Mike Souza came for my first initial treatment of my home. I can’t say great enough things about this guy. He is an exceptional employee and a great representation of Aptive Environmental. I look forward to his future visits and hope the other associates are as well trained and thorough as him. He explained every step of the initial treatment, and was detailed and specific in response to any questions I had! On top of the great customer service, Mike also sent me photos of the treatment. Most pest guys are in and out , but it seems like Aptive has an emphasis on quality. Top company and top employees.
