Only have good things to say about the service I receive from Orkin staff. I have been a satisfied customer for years. I like the automated notifications that I have an upcoming visit and then, the day before, a window of 2 hours when I can expect the technician. That gives me ample time to change an appointment, if necessary. Mr. Rue was my technician for years and he provided excellent service each and every time until he retired. I am lucky to now have Mr. Douglas come and take care of the service. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure there are no pesky pests in my home.

We’ve ben using Irking foe many years, their service is amazing , they are on time and always very helpful. They really take good care of our household and do nit allow bugs in it.

Michael (West Palm Beach) completed my annual rodent inspection in a very professional and thorough manner inside and outside. He did discover significant termite activity in my attic and was able to explain the evidence found and options for eradication. He took time to explain options without a pressure sale. He answered all of my questions. Though the findings were unpleasant, the experience was pleasant. I have been a Truly Nolen customer for several years and was very impressed with the proficient manner in which today's service was executed.

Pest control is a must here in South Florida. Donald Douglas is the best. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt much better after he serviced my property and the results were fantastic. If I have any issues I can also call on David Schup to get things taken care of.

I am late with this one...I usually work with Ashley from day one she has been courteous and professional. Whenever Ashley comes my last baby Vynala Cooky just goes all out to greet her. The 5 stars is only for David Schupp. The only redeeming quality for Truly Nolan is the fact that David Schupp is on board. He is professional, responsive and genuinely seems to take his role seriously! Hands down he should manage this location. He is the only one who knows what they are doing-I had management and several other representatives' from this company each of the 4 times out here ( and that is just this year) regarding termites had a different answer- Meanwhile termites wrecked havoc- corporate never called back after an interrogative call with them and assurance that someone would call back- Get your act together and have someone who knows what they are talking about and cares to get problems resolved, get David Schupp into a higher management position-

My service technician Donald is just absolutely AMAZING! I have recently hired truly nolen again after being a past customer and it was only because of him I returned because i automatically know there is one person who can for sure get the job done! Don is truly an expert at what he does, very detail oriented, extremely knowledgable, he is always courteous, have an awesome personality, respectful and is very professional. He is always a delight to work with and that's why I request him. I have had other technicians in the past but Don is in a class all by himself. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection to get my roach infestation under control. I was completely WOWED with the results since my last visit! One word to describe Don which is Spectacular! 1000/10! The BEST and MOST outstanding tech ever!

My Terminix Technician Kandy Mummert has faithfully serviced my home for years. I always get a courtesy notification several days before my appointments and at that time she asks if I am having any issues. Kandy is mindful that I have a bird feeder for wild birds and she avoids that area. I have even seen her move water dishes on the porch to avoid any contamination. If I have an issue before the next appointment (which I can only remember 1) she will text the same day when she will come by. Thank you Kandy for being so dependable and that you work for a company like Terminix that I have depended on and used for years! Nancy R

What an excellent pest control company! They are worth every penny! I had a major rodent issue inside the crawl spaces of my townhouse. The issue was so bad that the rodents ate through the roof, the installation, and the air conditioning ducts. After contacting the property management company about the exterior, and calling other pest control companies to handle the interior, and getting absolutely no where fast, I called Critter Control. They came highly recommended by two other homeowners in my development. Anyway, Daniel with Critter Control came to my home the next day to assess the damage. He was extremely through. The next day he returned with a contract. The price was the same as what my neighbors paid within the past two years; so, I was not shocked. Now, Critter Control is NOT cheap! They are expensive; but, "if pay peanuts, you get monkeys." Every three days a tech came to check the traps. He always came on time, and at a time convenient to me. After one week had past, Critter Control tech came to my home to blow in installation, the "existing" had been eaten away. While the techs where working both Daniel and his boss, Jose', came to my home to check on the work being done, and to insure that I was fine with work being done. As I rarely experience such professionalism in Florida, I was blown away. They have rid me of my rodent issue, once and more all! Thank you Critter Control. You are the best!

Absolutely surpassed my expectations. Where has this company been all my life??? Fastened down screens, spackled holes, filled in gaps, battened down openings that'd been loose for 30 years; fixed soffits; trapped critters; even drilled down molding. My house's dream-come-true !!! Totally alleviated problem--and then some! I literally do not have the words to do this guy justice. Absolutely awesome!

We had rats and lots of them I don't know when it started, but it sucked called critter control. The guys came out right away wasn't cheap, but they got the job done climbed in the attic which is small put down traps and started to catch the rats. Once the we're gone the next group came out and sealed up the house using cement. The technician spoke to me on the phone while I was working in the Middle East and explained to me what was going on. They used a fog to blow thru the house to look for openings and closed everything up also sprayed something in the attic to kill the germs from the rodents droppings. It must have worked because we haven't seen or heard anything in the walls or ceilings since.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
