I’ve been with Terminex for 20 some odd years, and highly recommend their services. The communication and service from my technician Janaya and her colleagues is top notch. If I see a bug, all I have to do is call and she comes right out to spray again. That’s only happened 3 times, which is a credit to Terminex!

Guerschon Chariot has serviced my home for a few years. He is always puntual, reliable, professional and communicative. He will let me know when he is arriving and when he is leaving. He is very nice and if I have a problem he will address it immediately. I couldn’t ask for a better technician!!!

Very knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. Always letting me know when he will be there ahead of time, and offering suggestions for service after his inspection. We have been dealing with termites for some time now and once Abel Sanabria showed up then the problem started getting resolved. Abel was very knowledgeable and patient with me as he answered all my questions. After having some work done so he could gain access under part of my house he was able to spray and take down those darn bugs. Abel was my hero today.

If you are using Truly... do yourself a big favor... insist on PAUL! This guy is unbelievably professional. Good old "PRIDE IN HIS WORK!" It shows. If Truly Nolen wants to teach their staff.... they should all be taught to conduct themselves like PAUL! He takes his time, does thorough work and explains everything he sees and does. A real gem to have someone like this caring for our home.

To whom it may concern I had more than 6 of Nolan techs come out and still was hearing and catching rodents. James Villanueva and James Pierre not only took their time covering all the open holes that were never covered from prior visits in the roof but also had the delicacy to explain it to me. Thank you so much for explaining and showing me the before and after. If this matter would have been taken care of the first visit the company would have saved money and time. Thank you for being so attentive and NOW I’m fully satisfied.

I want to make this review for the two gentlemen that came to my house and took pride in doing their job and resolving my issue. Abel Sanabria and James Pierre came to my house determined to resolve my rodent issue (and i think they did it since no rodent was trapped last time). They are very special and dedicated employees

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
