After several years of being Truly Nolen customer ,I was never satisfied the technician service that came out every year to inspect for termite .no one wanted to crawl inside the attic were there original had termite .On September 7 again contact again had a technician by the name of Christian Reyes I was very satisfied with the Gentlemen ,professionalism knowledgeable , and also rich out inside attic were original had issue with termite this was never done before by other technicians . also on September 16 i contact Mr. Reyes and did a contract to fumigate my entire house inside and out .Thanks you again Mr. Christian Reyes for such a good service . Charles, the technician, seems highly knowledgeable about lawn care. However, I’m not sure if he’s treating chinch bugs or grubs. Regardless of what insecticide he’s using, the bugs have shifted to the other side of my lawn. He sprayed both sides of my lawn, yet, he needs to return for a follow up treatment. Treat the lawn strictly for grubs before it’s too late.

I was in a situation where I needed service fast and the provider for my area franchise was swarmed, so they sent another guy from another area to do the job... I'm so happy for the mistake because this guy really put in so much effort that I wanted him to return to complete the job. I literally waited a week foe him to come back. I know termites are important, but what's the use of having someone treat your house if they aren't gonna give there best. He went in all the attics and crawl spaces below the house and took the time to cover all the exposed wood. I can never be happier. He cared so much that I gave him a TIP, which he refused over and over and would not take it.. I can't believe people are this nice these days. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ASK FOR COBIN AMAZING DUDE..

Experience has been good this year. Its easy to make and reschedule appointments once enrolled to a service program. They send reminders about inspections and reach out to confirm or change. The personal visiting the property to do inspection or treatment is experience and educated. They are respectful about home rules and do t leave messes behind. Also are good sending back to the main office’ s new questions for service, and follow up.

Orkin has been servicing my property for over two years. Our technician’s name is Johnson. He is punctual. He calls ahead to confirm his arrival. He is always kind and courteous. They have earned my business and pests are controlled. 👍

Jamaal Ruffen is awesome. He has serviced our home for several years. When we called for a new issue we were having, he responded within 24 hours. Once he arrived, he took the time to thoroughly explain why we are having a problem in our home, and then he explained how he would treat both inside and outside.

This is my first time using Terminix, and my first impression of the service and technician (Peter) was very pleasant. Peter was my technician. He was very polite, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The treatment process was thorough, hopefully, it takes care of the little pests. I would recommend their service to other people.

Bender was absolutely amazing he let me know he was going to be at my house at the expected time of arrival. He unfortunately didn’t get the correct address and when I told him the correct address he still came even though he was over an hour away in rush hour traffic. He completed the service and I could already see a difference before he left. 2 hours later the problem was almost solved ?. When he left I was so grateful that he came I could tell he was happy because I had a really bad situation and he knew he helped resolve it. He truly wants to help people and I am so grateful. I have been using Aptive for about 4 months now. The specialist (Terrence) who comes out has been very pleasant and professional and willing to look at any type of bug issues I want to show him or discuss. After each visit, he sends multiple photos of the various areas that he treated, I suppose in case I was not home to verify, I could feel secure that a thorough job is done. I’ve never had a contract with an exterminator before, so this was all new territory to me, but I feel very safe with Aptive employees both outside and inside my home. Note: Terrence, my specialist is also very careful not to treat near my herb garden which he noticed all on his own without me needing to point out.

I like that they are animal friendly. I akso appreciate what a great job Mike does. He rids me of the 8 legged ones with the webs and the eggs in my screen room. It’s very important to me because I am prone to get bit by whatever comes my way. Mike also treats the entire outside of my home, no need to come and spray inside after just a couple of treatments. I used to have this other pest control company small business but they bailed and never showed up again. Spoke with someone from adaptive environmental and got a pretty good deal on pest control. Appt was quickly made and Corwin the technician was friendly and thorough getting all the areas outside with spiders and bugs. Pretty good service ?

Mike Souza came for my first initial treatment of my home. I can’t say great enough things about this guy. He is an exceptional employee and a great representation of Aptive Environmental. I look forward to his future visits and hope the other associates are as well trained and thorough as him.
