My Orkin technician, Taylor, is always very polite and absolutely professional. He doesn't mind taking time to answer any questions I may have or show me what he did during the current visit.

Chris did a fantastic job taking extra time and effort to sanitize our attic. He crawled under our crawlspace to find a few additional potential entry points that weren’t caught before from our previous technicians and sealed those up. He found one small area in our attic that he also sealed as well that was previously missed. Great job! Hopefully this makes a real difference When Chris came back today for a follow up he and Alejandro sealed up an access point behind our dishwasher where our uninvited guest Fred the rat was getting in. They also vacuumed up all the mess, which was great We caught Fred and Fred is no more. RIP Fred. Back to a rat free inside of the house.

I live in Sebring, FL. My house gets a basic care package, handled by the wonderful Pat Setters, and I'm very happy with that. And then, seemingly overnight, I had a rat infestation in the attic. First Nathan Jimenez, and then Joey Glass, took care of the problem. Nathan sealed up all access points with netting AND concrete, set the traps, and set poison bait outside the house. Joey came along to check on everything when Nathan was unavailable AND sanitized the attic. I've had no rat activity since! Thank you to both those extremely kind and friendly gentlemen, and the entire Terminix team! I highly recommend them.

We always receive a call or text a couple of days before our service, which really helps us to plan and keep our screened patio doors open for him to treat. I had Truly Technician Ricky Anderson come by today to install my termite bait traps and I have to say I am blown away with his service . To begin with I already love truly Nolan and the service they provide, but Ricky went above and beyond he had no issue with explaining any information to inform me on the service I was being provided. I didn’t mean to BUG him (pun intended ) but, I was generally curious about the services. I was being provided. He was quick and efficient, friendly, and polite. Even when I Explain to him that I would return the dirt that was removed myself he somehow got away With leaving my property the way it was before he arrived without my help again thank you truly Nolan also added a picture to show you. The trap is low profile so I won’t have any issues with the lawnmower.

Have used Truly Nolen of Lakeland for many years and service has been good sometimes and not so good other times. This year's experience has been the best ever. I have been with Heron since Ioved from CA to Orlando in 2022. Florida climate is very different and has many more bugs than I can name. Thanks to Eli, I will be a lifelong customer of Heron! It is definitely not the company with the lowest price, but they definitely offer the best value! Just had my lawn and shrub service today by Tamas Kucsma. He is very informative! He took pictures of issues with my lawn, and taught me how to resolve them. He also told me about fire ants and ground breeding bees! Heron not only services my house, but hires knowledgeable staffs! It’s amazing that we get service and education at the same time! It’s truly amazing! Thank you so much, Eli and Tamas!!!

Everyone at Heron has been very helpful and polite. However, you always wonder when the service tech shows up what kind of experience you’re going to have? Albert was the technician and he was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, showed me all about the system, took time to explain features, he was very personable, was not in a hurry, he actually seemed to enjoy his time here setting up my system. Everything he suggested was reasonable and when he left, all was complete, not anything was missing A Super experience can’t recommend Heron and Albert enough. Heron, Albert represents your company very well.

If I have a question or concern he makes sure to answer the questions thoroughly and treat any concern we may have with our lawn, shrub and palm tree service. Our lawn has never looked better! I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
