I highly recommend using Orkin. They came out the same day that I called about getting service. We've had issues with roaches ever since our house flooded during Hurricane Milton. Frank showed up on time, was very thorough and professional, and also took the time to explain everything to us. We are very pleased with our service so far.

Nicole Lewonka visited us today and did a thorough inspection of our home. She was extremely efficient in answering our questions and setting us up for continued service. She was very understanding when we had to cancel appointments due to family problems and as she left she reminded us that if we had any concerns to call her. She is a great asset to Orkin Pest control.

Excellent customer service! My technician Frank, listened to me explain my areas of concern on the outside of our house and did a thorough inspection and treatment. He answered all my questions to detail . Friendly, easy to talk to and overall did an excellent service today! Very pleased!

The service technician Brandon that came out for our initial visit this month was very communicative, he was very professional, he was very detail oriented and he was very thorough. He asked permission before going anywhere in the house and wanted to know where we spotted them at so he could put little glue traps down hidden in corners where no pets or children can get to them. he didn’t push any more services than what I asked for, but he did go into a little detail about them and what can happen if these other pests become a problem, but he didn’t push for us to get any more services through them that we had to pay.

Jesse came for my quarterly pest inspection for the first time yesterday. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. We spoke about the ant problem that I had over the last 4 months that I thought I had gotten rid of. Today I just so happened to go in a room I don't normally frequent and low & behold a hoard of ants. I texted him to see when I could get him to stop by & take a look. He almost immediately text me back & said he would do his best to come by tomorrow which I said ok to. Then not too long after that I got another text message saying he would be able to fit me in today. I just want him to know how appreciative & thankful that I am that he was able to do that. Also, let it be known that it is hard to find customer service like I had with him over the last couple of days. Thanks Jesse! 😊

I've been with Terminix for a long time. They always give excellent service. My service tech Alexander Cintron-Rivera is completely thorough during his inspections and services. He always states that if I see something that pops up give him a call. It can't get better than that. Thanks Alex.

Scott was incredibly honest and helpful with my rodent problem. I was going to get multiple quotes from companies but after interacting with him, I just decided to go with Truly Nolan. The way he conducted the inspection and went over the paperwork reminded me of how it used to be when all companies were family owned... honest and thorough. He found all entry points on the exterior of the property and the roof with no issues. Scott embodies the values that this company started out with many years ago. If you are in Tampa and looking for quote, I would suggest personally requesting him. I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
