I was very happy with the service l got from your company. Thr young man, Ryan was very professional, he put booties on the entire time he was in our home. He was really friendly and listened as l explained what our problem was them he explained what he was going to do which was look around the house inside and outside including the garage then he would come back and discuss his findings and discuss a solution. That is exactly what he di and in great detail he explained that there is a tree at the back corner of our home that is loaded with ants and they are getting into our bedroom through the windows next to the tree. He treated the outside for all pests and did a good spray on the tree for aunts then did a treatment inside and in the garage. He gave me a lot of information for going forward what to do and watch for and to call him any time if there are problems. I was truly impressed with him and his service and will recommend him if anyone needs pest controll.

Technician Bryan Cohn today provided a complete explanation of what I needed, assessed the problem and treated them, highly professional. My Orkin service was amazing. I have a phobia of bugs and I called them in a panic. Bryan was so helpful and knowledgeable about the service and pest control. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. He was thorough and explained everything. He also made sure that he explained every step he was he doing to eased al lot of my discomfort. We also appreciated James for such a thorough inspection, sharing tip and tricks about keeping a "bug free" home. He was also very knowledgeable about the service and helped us develop a plan to keep bugs out. They were both great and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The person that helped me with setting up the service and treatment plan was so helpful and super friendly. I was even able to have a technician visit the same day. Truly Nolen first caught my attention years ago when I kept seeing their mouse car at the corner of State Rd 52 and US19.. It was a real eye catcher. When I had some bug issues, I immediately remembered the mouse car and gave them a call. My experience with them over the past 6 years has been nothing but positive. Once again I was in need of an insect inspection and Truly Nolan is my goto company. They came out in less than 24 hours and their service coordinator Jimmy was awesome. He was thorough, professional, honest and very personable. Gave me tips on prevention around the outside of my home and was able to identify my current treatment needs. Scott came out and was great and knowledgeable and assured me that the treatment plan will be effective and safe around my pets. Charlie who did the treatment was also amazing especially with my dog. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was treated thoroughly.

Jimmy is amazing! He came in today, got on the roof, took pictures, sat down and explained the whole process to me. Sadly had to meet him due to a rat issue, but I so appreciate him coming the same day. Also very nice. Super sweet to my two dogs too.

I had a problem with ants and some cockroaches and hadn’t treated for several years. Truly Nolen came highly recommended to me so I gave them a call. Jimmy came out and did an inspection of the house for rodents and termites. Not only was he a hoot, he was thoughtful and attentive to what I needed price-wise, as well as thorough in his inspection. He was honest about what he thought I needed done, and what could wait. Nick came out a bit later and did the spraying of the house both inside and out, was also very funny and respectful of my space. He took his time to really look at the source of the problems and educate me about areas of concern. I appreciate both of them and think the service offered is very affordable. Great work!

I called to get bug service and they were so prompt came out the next day. Decided to add on termite and they got me scheduled for the very next day after that. everyone was so helpful and Answered all my questions with no issues. The inspector and service agents were very good and all did a fantastic job. However, I was most impressed with Gale as before he even entered my house, he put booties on which I found to be great as the attic and things that were being serviced were upstairs in my house where I don’t even normally wear shoes. This courtesy did not go unnoticed and I really appreciate it. this is a fantastic company and everyone has done a great job so far

Joe is great provides excellent customer service. It’s always a joy to see him And he doesn’t excellent job. However, I have an issue that has not been resolved and it has not been Joe‘s problem rather issue with getting an appointment with a technician that has a high enough ladder to reach my tall ceilings where there is termite activity and I cannot seem to get an appointment scheduled Because they don’t have enough folks with tall ladders.

Joe (The Terminix technician) was communicative before the service to confirm our appointment and called day of to let us know he was on the way. We had some termite issues outside our back door framing. He was very thorough and found additional issues inside of our back door and remedied the current issues. I would recommend Terminix and specifically the technician Joe for service with termites.

Michael Tracy is by far the best technician at Terminix!!! He understands his customers needs. He goes above and beyond every time. Michael is super knowledgeable. He takes the time to do a really great and amazing job. You couldn’t ask for any more in your pest technician. I hope Terminix gives Michael the recognition that he deserves!!!!!

When we made our call for Terminix service and Mr. Mike Tracy came over he is so kind, and has the patience to listen to your concerns and explains everything with details. His awesome. Since having my service he also sends his text when starting and finish the job. We are very satisfied with our service. No mosquitos, spider webs.

Did everything they said they would, followed through and the staff is knowledgeable, polite and courteous. You wont be disappointed.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
