Mr. Mike is the Orkin rep assigned to our location and he has been a tremendous help to us! Our property is pretty large and we don't have rodents or many bugs at all just a couple spiders here and there when he comes for his monthly inspection of our traps in and outside and to also spray. We appreciate Orkins service so much! It's very necessary and also very cost effective which is a huge plus!!

Matthew arrived right when he said he would, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, helpful, and all around just a pleasure to work with. The service tech was great. Knew what to do where to do it. Even talked me through his process. However when I booked over the phone the rep asked if a ladder was needed. I said yes, as it was a problem on a second floor window. However Orkin service techs are not allowed on ladders. This process needs some work but Matthew did a great job.

These reviews never tell you what you want to know so here I go The person that came out did a great job educating me on his process before getting started . While I did think my service included sealing entry points that rodents could be coming in through it didn’t.he said that’d cost me close to $1500 . I had a mouse problem already caught 6 knew where they were most likely habitating (in the stove ) and knew of a possible entry point (behind my stove) . He did not inspect that area very well at all he placed a trap on the floor where there’s a slight opening between the stove and counter. But didn’t look behind the stove or where I know to have seen them going inside my stove . We could have moved the stove for him he didn’t ask or address it so after he left I realized that’s all he did . Other than that he did a good job at identifying outside entry points he showed me pictures he took of the openings outside but couldn’t send them to me . He did give us a cheaper method of sealing the holes which was appreciated. I had spiders in my basement webs everywhere he knocked all them down killed the spiders he saw hopefully my basement spider issue is solved ! Sprayed the whole house and skipped over the room with my sleeping newborn in it which I appreciated ! 4 stars ! Initial appt was 2 hundred and some change . They’ll be back every other month for just 50 bucks. If the services is effective then that’s a good deal compared to Rottler once again we’ll see .

Bug Out technician Cailee visited my home. She took the time to explain the services that she was going to provide, and she did it wonderfully. She is very courteous and I believe she wants the clients to be satisfied with the service and I certainly was! I look forward to Cailee serving my home again. She is a great representative.

Kenny has been our technician for just over a year. He is always friendly, on time, and willing to work to resolve any issue. We are very pleased with our Terminix service and especially with Kenny.

My technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He let me know once he arrived and when he was finished. He also took his time to explain why he needed to change my termite bait traps even though he didn't see any activity. He also pointed out some other things he found around my house just to make me aware.

We have been trying to catch a family of squirrels in our attic for months. We finally called to see if they could help us. Everyone they sent out to our house were nice. They didn’t catch anything and closed it all up and they but another hole and still got in the attic making the worst noises ever. Then I reached back out to whoever would message me back and Troy was so prompt to responding and went above and beyond. He listed to the issue and made a better contraption that has caught 5 of them already. Everytime we caught one, he came back out and snagged them and set up another trap. We kept catching them. I think there is one last one because we hear it scratching and running back and forth. A delivery driver backed into our driveway knocking everything over and Troy came back out and fixed it for us. It was so kind of him. So far we are very satisfied. Now, we just need to catch the last one and get the attic cleaned & patched up so no other family comes in.

Joshua came out and inspected our home and attic since we’ve had a daytime bat issue. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them for future services!

My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
