Josh was great to work with. I called on a Monday evening and left a ticket with Orkin. Josh called me Tuesday morning about the ticket and was at my house by 11:00.. Charlie and Bobby was at my house by 1:30 in the afternoon and had it treated within hours the same day. The whole team was very polite and professional. Critter Control is amazing to work with Over the past couple of weeks three Critter Control professionals were at our house for different stages of the removal of the raccoons. We have been trying to catch a family of squirrels in our attic for months. We finally called to see if they could help us. Everyone they sent out to our house were nice. They didn’t catch anything and closed it all up and they but another hole and still got in the attic making the worst noises ever. Then I reached back out to whoever would message me back and Troy was so prompt to responding and went above and beyond. He listed to the issue and made a better contraption that has caught 5 of them already. Everytime we caught one, he came back out and snagged them and set up another trap. We kept catching them. I think there is one last one because we hear it scratching and running back and forth. A delivery driver backed into our driveway knocking everything over and Troy came back out and fixed it for us. It was so kind of him. So far we are very satisfied. Now, we just need to catch the last one and get the attic cleaned & patched up so no other family comes in.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
