First time home owner and I’m very satisfied with the services I receive. Demetrius H does our pest control. He is always timely, gives great customer service, and very respectful. He always asks if I’ve noticed anything from his last time being here and let me know I can always call if I see anything in between services. Would recommend to any homeowner for pest control maintenance.

I had a new service tech today. Blake was very good in his service. Better than the tech I previously had ( twice). I had to leave early so Blake only did the outside perimeter. ( he will come back next Monday to finish the inside). Blake performed checks I hadn’t seen a service technician do for awhile. He was very thorough. I hope I get to keep him as a service rep. He is very good.

I had called the corporate number to request that a specific treatment be done during my quarterly treatment, but the message was not relayed to my technician. Despite not receiving the treatment I was expecting that day, my technician Blake was fantastic. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and honestly, and was very personable in addition. He also did his best to rectify the miscommunication.

Great customer service from the start. The representative that answered the telephone, to the technician that came out to service the home, along with the inspector, all extended such great customer service. Our technician is Ken Dowdy. He’s very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He provides us excellent customer service and is very informative regarding pest control services. Ken pays attention to the details and is thorough in his approach.

My technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He let me know once he arrived and when he was finished. He also took his time to explain why he needed to change my termite bait traps even though he didn't see any activity. He also pointed out some other things he found around my house just to make me aware.

We have used Terminix for a long time. The tech always calls to inform us he is coming and always comes at the time promised. They do a great job keeping bugs out of our house. We have asked them to come out a few times to treat for hornets. They came out the next day and knocked them down at no added charge. I can’t say enough good things about our tech - Kenny. The price is fair compared to other companies we considered. In summary, we are very satisfied long time customers.

I'm extremely happy with the technician Earl that comes for the regular visits. He has been very dependable, patient and kind during his visits and I don't have any complains, only praise for him. On the other hand, the inspector Jesus, although kind, has been not dependable at all. Not necessarily shows up when scheduled, when shows up and find certain needs like moles, promises to schedule a visit from the technician but nothing happens, in certain occasions alleges he doesn't bring the ladder to do inspection but will come back or send another inspector and again nothing happens. In conclusion, 5 stars to Earl and zero stars to Jesus.

I was visited by Allen, south of Festus, MO last week and had the best service. Allen arrived on time with an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude willing to assist. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation and educated us. Allen went above and beyond by taking out of his personal time on the weekend to give me information on how to proceed with my pest problem. I would recommend Allen for special recognition in the work that he performs and Terminix for their services.

We have been trying to catch a family of squirrels in our attic for months. We finally called to see if they could help us. Everyone they sent out to our house were nice. They didn’t catch anything and closed it all up and they but another hole and still got in the attic making the worst noises ever. Then I reached back out to whoever would message me back and Troy was so prompt to responding and went above and beyond. He listed to the issue and made a better contraption that has caught 5 of them already. Everytime we caught one, he came back out and snagged them and set up another trap. We kept catching them. I think there is one last one because we hear it scratching and running back and forth. A delivery driver backed into our driveway knocking everything over and Troy came back out and fixed it for us. It was so kind of him. So far we are very satisfied. Now, we just need to catch the last one and get the attic cleaned & patched up so no other family comes in.

Joshua came out and inspected our home and attic since we’ve had a daytime bat issue. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them for future services!

My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
