I had Marcus Moore today. One of the best pest technicians, took care of everything. Looked inside outside the house. called in advance and told me to ask for him next time. This is amazing. I think Fox is really making a difference in an industry that really needed it.

Daniel communicated very well. Listened to me about the location of bees and seemed to do a good job with treatment. It's only been a couple hours, but I'm satisfied so far. Update: Bees were still in my wall 3 weeks later. Fox sent out Caleb, (the John Wick of exterminators). The short story is he removed a large amount of nest, sprayed everything, and left a dust in the wall to repel reinfestation. I'm very satisfied at this point. Update: It's been a few weeks since Caleb was here. Bees are gone. I'm very satisfied.

Great people to assesses my problem and bait for rodents The only problem I had was after my problem was Determined, I was told a technician would get in touch with me the next day. Waited two days and had to call the office to get a technician to contact me. After my call, a technician was at my house in less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable, and the technician was very informative and very helpful.

My service agent is Kenneth Bailey. Mr. Bailey services my home quarterly. He always calls before arriving; he always arrives on time. He is ALWAYS professional and ALWAYS provides EXCELLENT customer service. Mr. Bailey always answers any questions I may have. He truly represents your company VERY well. Our Technician, Trestan Marshall was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of the pest we were bothered by. He helped us to understand what we were up against and presented a great action plan. Trestan is quite skilled at his trade. I would always recommend satisfying service like this. Terminix should be very proud to have him as an employee!

Ed is always so kind and courteous, even on the occasions I didn't hear the knock, he has gone out of his way to come back as soon as possible and make sure we're taken care of. Our inspector was incredible but there needs to be a better way to schedule inspections!! We had appointments scheduled two different times we were notified of upcoming inspections and couldn't be here for a inside check. Terminex used to let the customer have input on what days the house was checked! For what we pay yearly, we ought to get to give input on when our inspections happen!

Joe is the best! Around 4 years ago, I started service at my home, and luckily Joe is my specialist. He always takes the time to ask if there’s any concerns, and if so, to call him. In all these years, he’s provided exceptional service and I’ve never had to place a call for additional services.

My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

A couple of squirrels gnawed their way into my attic. I contracted Critter Control and they responded quickly to set up service. The squirrels were humanely removed and all possible openings were sealed within a week. A short time later, my attic was fogged to take care of any potential critters that remained. A very thorough job with a warranty. Very pleased with the service.

We noticed a squirrel entering one of our roof eves and because a family member had recommended critter control we called them right away. The sales person came out and gave us a bid, indicating the work would take two to three days and they could have a team out within a couple of days. The price seemed high, but given that I can’t climb a ladder because of my disability, two or three days work for a crew seemed acceptable. A team of two young men showed up when they had said and spent a little less than 3 hours installing wire mesh over all of our roof eve openings and placing a one way the two eves that appeared damaged from birds and the squirrels, although the technicians said they didn’t hear or see anything in the eve. We had paid for 1/2 the service up front and were billed the remainder. While I’m happy to pay a fair wage, especially for services that I can’t do anymore, the six hours of labor and less than $100 of materials, seemed far less than the price and time the sales person had estimated. I called and was told a manager would call me back. I’ve been waiting about two weeks for a call back, but have only received another bill payment request and this request for a review. There is no local number provided on the website and the people I originally spoke with from their main office were not able to address the situation. The work done appears to be fine, but it’s up at the eves, so I can’t really tell the quality, time will tell if the squirrels or birds try to return, but it looks pretty good for now… the cost seems exorbitant compared to the labor and materials though and the company seems too big to provide a response to my inquiry. I do hope we can come to an agreement on finalizing the bill. My attempt to reply by email to their billing request failed so now I’m hoping they reach back out to me.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
