The technician Eduardo Garcia is amazing! He went above and beyond to help get the mice out of the house and getting the program going. Straight to the point and very polite. Professional about his work and takes pride in it. I’d recommend him and his work 1000%!

Oksana was a very competent, professional, and skillful exterminator. She readily answered all of my questions and found areas within my household that those little Mickey’s have used to get in. She took her time and by the time she left, I am thoroughly assured that those mice will not be able to get into my house.. I recommend her very highly as an aside. She also was very kind to my dogs that were very interested in what she was doing.

My technician Justin is AWESOME! He arrived precisely on time, took care of the issue I was having, and identified a vulnerability on the exterior of my home where mice or insects could enter, which he also addressed. I've had Justin as my technician several times now and each visit is a pleasure. He is very kind, thorough, and answers all my questions. The Orkin inspector, Mike, was here yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable about my issue and had solutions to the problem. On top of that, he was very personable and and friendly. Very good to work with. The office called me later that afternoon and scheduled treatment for this morning. My tech, Clinton was very prompt, courteous and also very knowledgeable about the situation. He got things set up quickly and is having another tech get in touch with me within the next 2 weeks to come and check on the issues. Very pleased so far with my experiences with Orkin!

We have termite service with the LaSalle Orkin office. They are friendly, knowledgeable , and provide great service. Dan is their inspection pro and is fantastic at his job. He also makes us feel very comfortable with his polite manner. Tim is the manager and runs business well, providing that personal small town feel with the service provided by his team. I definitely recommend this business. They provide other services other than just pest control as well.

Ken did my annual termite inspection. He was thorough and most informative. He pointed out the weak areas in my home and gave great tips on how to remedy the situations.

We’ve used Orkin for years for regular pest control and have always been happy with their service. A new situation arose where a squirrel got into our house several times and we couldn’t tell how it got in. Andrew came out the day after we called and was impressively thorough and friendly. For over a hour, Andrew went through our whole house, attic to basement, and outside, identified some of the most likely interior areas and sealed them up on a temporary basis as permanent repairs will be necessary. Hopefully those fixes work, but regardless, Andrew’s timeliness and attention to detail is very much appreciated.

We have been trying to catch a family of squirrels in our attic for months. We finally called to see if they could help us. Everyone they sent out to our house were nice. They didn’t catch anything and closed it all up and they but another hole and still got in the attic making the worst noises ever. Then I reached back out to whoever would message me back and Troy was so prompt to responding and went above and beyond. He listed to the issue and made a better contraption that has caught 5 of them already. Everytime we caught one, he came back out and snagged them and set up another trap. We kept catching them. I think there is one last one because we hear it scratching and running back and forth. A delivery driver backed into our driveway knocking everything over and Troy came back out and fixed it for us. It was so kind of him. So far we are very satisfied. Now, we just need to catch the last one and get the attic cleaned & patched up so no other family comes in.

Joshua came out and inspected our home and attic since we’ve had a daytime bat issue. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them for future services!

I got a text from Brian this morning and I was very confused but wrong number. Still had amazing service don't currently need these services but when I do or know someone that does I'll recommend them. Very friendly service!

My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
