The tech arrived early, that's always a good sign. He was very professional in appearance and demeanor. The tech asked me multiple questions about my pest problem and then explained his plan to resolve it. He literally explained each step and the reason for each step. You can't ask for better service than that.

Ron showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and helped create some peace of mind that this was the best course of action to get rid of those pesky earwigs. My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

A couple of squirrels gnawed their way into my attic. I contracted Critter Control and they responded quickly to set up service. The squirrels were humanely removed and all possible openings were sealed within a week. A short time later, my attic was fogged to take care of any potential critters that remained. A very thorough job with a warranty. Very pleased with the service.

We noticed a squirrel entering one of our roof eves and because a family member had recommended critter control we called them right away. The sales person came out and gave us a bid, indicating the work would take two to three days and they could have a team out within a couple of days. The price seemed high, but given that I can’t climb a ladder because of my disability, two or three days work for a crew seemed acceptable. A team of two young men showed up when they had said and spent a little less than 3 hours installing wire mesh over all of our roof eve openings and placing a one way the two eves that appeared damaged from birds and the squirrels, although the technicians said they didn’t hear or see anything in the eve. We had paid for 1/2 the service up front and were billed the remainder. While I’m happy to pay a fair wage, especially for services that I can’t do anymore, the six hours of labor and less than $100 of materials, seemed far less than the price and time the sales person had estimated. I called and was told a manager would call me back. I’ve been waiting about two weeks for a call back, but have only received another bill payment request and this request for a review. There is no local number provided on the website and the people I originally spoke with from their main office were not able to address the situation. The work done appears to be fine, but it’s up at the eves, so I can’t really tell the quality, time will tell if the squirrels or birds try to return, but it looks pretty good for now… the cost seems exorbitant compared to the labor and materials though and the company seems too big to provide a response to my inquiry. I do hope we can come to an agreement on finalizing the bill. My attempt to reply by email to their billing request failed so now I’m hoping they reach back out to me.

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

Communication before, during, and after application was great; application was thorough; and service tech went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were dealt with before leaving!

I called and had services scheduled for the next day! The technician (Logan) that came out was super personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and informative on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to walk my husband through the source of our ant problem and went through the steps he was taking to ensure we didn’t continue to have this problem. 10/10 service. We have recommended them to everyone we know!

Our technician Armando and the local branch have provided us with dependable service for years keeping a thin barrier between the inside of our home and all of nature outside. Their fees are fair priced, they don’t push nor sell products / services. They use the minimum products needed to be thoroughly effective. (Southern Lake County, IL)

Awesome service. Our Terminix technician took their time to make sure the outside and inside perimeters of our house were treated properly. He was very friendly and explained everything to us both before and after finishing the process.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Mason was very friendly and explained how their services work very clearly. He gave us a discount as well since he was already doing our neighbor's house. For the initial visit, the worker from Aptive arrived on time and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.

My dealing with Aptive didn't work out in terms of me finding appropriate usage of their product... but enough cannot be said about the talented sales person(Werner) that took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. Not only was he courteous and knowledgeable about his company's product, but he was also patient and understanding when the conclusion was made we would not be making a deal. There aren't enough talented sales people like Werner anymore, sadly.. Aptive would be smart to retain him for as long as possible.

AJ is the best person I have met so far by any company. He is knowledgeable and he knows what he is doing. Very friendly, and informative person. He sprayed inside outside the house, cleaned webs and wasps nest. He applied insecticidal barrier all over my house and on foundation of the house.
