Mr. James Nelson is an excellent Fox Pest Control technician! You are always met with such a warm smile and hello when he is at your door. He is so nice, courteous and professional. Ever since specifically Mr. Nelson has been coming to our property to treat, we have noticed a significant reduction of critter activity. Almost close to zero! He is very knowledgeable, and does such a thorough job when treating your property. We love having him is our technician! He is simply AMAZING! I would definitely recommend him to everyone! 😃

I can't post an opinion on the success of the service yet as they just came today to treat. However I can say that "Justin" the tech was so courteous and patient with my many questions. He treated inside and out and also sprayed the second floor. I will be able to post on my insect elimination in a couple of weeks and hopefully be able to open the windows to enjoy some spring air.

Gabriel called me to let me know when he would arrive and was punctual. He is very friendly and professional. At my request he replaced new bait traps after checking for any scat. He even checked my car where my extra tire was with me. He made sure that I could call if I had any questions or problems. Thank you for such a wonderful employee. Great team, not overly pushy. The local regional manager, inspector, and technician were diligent about putting what I wanted first, showing professionalism throughout the process to earn my business. Alex, did a fantastic job, explaining in detail what he can do, answering my questions confidently, protecting my pets, genuinely gave a damn. I've requested he continues to service my property.

Setting up the initial appointment was very simple. I was called back in a timely fashion and they accommodated my schedule. The rep showed up on time, was friendly and was able to apply quickly.

My technician did an amazing job. I would recommend them hands down compared to other companies. Terminix had the most affordable price and their work was impeccable.

The men doing the work were great. Quick, friendly, respectful, and cleaned up area well. The scheduling department was bad, didn’t enter the first date I was given, then scheduled the second date they gave me over 6 hours earlier than they gave me.

Workers did a good job of cleaning up the waste and insulation removal. The same was true for re- install-ion of the insulation. A small area of the ceiling paster was damaged but repaired within a couple of weeks. Summarizing, I am very happy with the results and work provided. Lastly, the insulation used allowed us to receive a write off on our taxes! A couple of down sides- insulation clean- up could have been better and a small section of the attic access board was left dirty. Steven DiFrancesco 4/22/2025
