Joesph was my tech and he was amazing! He very knowledgeable about my situation and very patient! He answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with his service and I feel much more secure and safe in my home thanks to Joesph!!!!!

Daniel communicated very well. Listened to me about the location of bees and seemed to do a good job with treatment. It's only been a couple hours, but I'm satisfied so far. Update: Bees were still in my wall 3 weeks later. Fox sent out Caleb, (the John Wick of exterminators). The short story is he removed a large amount of nest, sprayed everything, and left a dust in the wall to repel reinfestation. I'm very satisfied at this point. Update: It's been a few weeks since Caleb was here. Bees are gone. I'm very satisfied.

Technician Jameal was friendly and very helpful! Made sure I was happy with everything he did on the service which I was!! Definitely hope to get him again on next service.

Eduardo with Fox Pest Control did an awesome job on our property. I was very happy that he took his time spraying in and out of the house and he did not seemed rushed. Very friendly and did more than expected without having to ask. Thanks!

December: Dave was informative and helpful as we start our bi-monthly service. November: Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was unable to check the attic and treat it due to an injury that he cannot climb ladders. Tomorrow they will send someone else.

Mark is the best! He is respectful, friendly (and a very tolerant dog lover), and courteous. He has effectively treated our ant problem. We could not be happier with Mark and Orkin!

Had orkin come out on 8/7 to take care of some black wasps that were making a home in my garage. They also treated my foundation for an ant problem I was having. Since they did this service I have seen a drastic reduction in ants and the black wasps are gone hopefully to never return. The 2 gentlemen who came to my home were very respectful and thorough. They did a fantastic job! I would recommend orkin to everyone! Their rates are very competitive and affordable as well!

Ramil did an outstanding job for us this morning as we deal with a mouse problem. He inspected, sealed, baited, and educated! His response time was excellent (within 24 hrs.), and he is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He wore booties to protect the carpets and kept all of his work neat and tidy. He also reassured us of quick follow-up should we have questions in the future. Ramil is hands-down the best we have encountered; HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Rachel has been our technician for several years. She always checks in prior to coming to ask if there are any concerns. She follows up once done to share a recap of her visit. She’s also made special trips here if we are having any issues. She’s the best!!

The issue we called them for has been resolved by their thorough and consistent efforts. All the techs that have been on our account have all been professional and respectful of our property. It was a good choice to use them.

Our technician was knowledgeable. We called Terminix from signs of rodents and they were quick to schedule an appointment and we’re honest about the severity. Gave things we could do to help minimize chances of infestations. They have been very responsive and I really liked the full report after they came out.

After seeing signs of mice I set some traps. After find a few each morning I set up an appointment with Terminix. The representative (Tyler) who came to my house was incredibly helpful and kind. As he walked the perimeter of the house he smelled gas and alerted us (we called the gas company who found a leak - SO thankful for him!). We do have a bit of a mouse issue, despite my diligent trap setting and, while I felt embarrassed about the issue, he was so kind and reassuring the problem could be resolved.

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

There was a mess-up with a scheduling appointment, however Jeff was understanding about the frustration of the situation and was accommodating and workable.
