Mr. James Nelson is an excellent Fox Pest Control technician! You are always met with such a warm smile and hello when he is at your door. He is so nice, courteous and professional. Ever since specifically Mr. Nelson has been coming to our property to treat, we have noticed a significant reduction of critter activity. Almost close to zero! He is very knowledgeable, and does such a thorough job when treating your property. We love having him is our technician! He is simply AMAZING! I would definitely recommend him to everyone! 😃

I can't post an opinion on the success of the service yet as they just came today to treat. However I can say that "Justin" the tech was so courteous and patient with my many questions. He treated inside and out and also sprayed the second floor. I will be able to post on my insect elimination in a couple of weeks and hopefully be able to open the windows to enjoy some spring air.

Justin has been awesome in performing the work he does at our residency. Very congenial and polite and willing to accommodate our needs. He should be commended for the work he does. Great Job Justin!! Thank You!

Gabriel called me to let me know when he would arrive and was punctual. He is very friendly and professional. At my request he replaced new bait traps after checking for any scat. He even checked my car where my extra tire was with me. He made sure that I could call if I had any questions or problems. Thank you for such a wonderful employee. I have recommended Fox Pest control to my neighbors.

Hey Fox Pest Control hit it big with this employee! I thought the last guy was ok, Justin Villafuerte is superb! Totally professional and polite. When I think he is done I notice [from inside] the brush for web removal etc. outside reaching to get my second story windows!!!!! He will discuss and overextend himself. What a guy. Anthony did a fantastic job . Came over on Christmas Eve day . Found exactly where the mice were coming in. My house . Spent a good amount of time to find all this stuff . Put down traps very strategically. Really nice guy and a great representation for the Orkin Company . He is following up with me next week to make sure everything he did worked . I give him 10 out of 10 marks for his knowledge of the mouse habits and making sure my house is now free of those pesky critters !!

December: Dave was informative and helpful as we start our bi-monthly service. November: Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was unable to check the attic and treat it due to an injury that he cannot climb ladders. Tomorrow they will send someone else.

Mark is the best! He is respectful, friendly (and a very tolerant dog lover), and courteous. He has effectively treated our ant problem. We could not be happier with Mark and Orkin!

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
