When I think he is done I notice [from inside] the brush for web removal etc. outside reaching to get my second story windows!!!!! He will discuss and overextend himself. What a guy. The technician Eduardo Garcia is amazing! He went above and beyond to help get the mice out of the house and getting the program going. Straight to the point and very polite. Professional about his work and takes pride in it. I’d recommend him and his work 1000%!

My technician Justin is AWESOME! He arrived precisely on time, took care of the issue I was having, and identified a vulnerability on the exterior of my home where mice or insects could enter, which he also addressed. I've had Justin as my technician several times now and each visit is a pleasure. He is very kind, thorough, and answers all my questions. We had a routine mouse check with Andrew L and during that visit I had asked him if he could re-check some work that had been done in our attic by a previous Orkin team which involved climbing a ladder, going into our unfinshed attic, and taking a photo of that work that had been done. Our experience has been a great one! We’ve never needed this type of service before. We sure got lucky when Gurnee Orkin assigned Andrew Leiter to our house!!! Andrew is very professional and knowledgeable. He has gone over and above our expectations. He even has taken the time to answer texts/questions after business hours. Andrew ROCKS!!

Orkin is quick and effective! Signed up last year to take care and ants and now have an ongoing plan to keep all the bugs and critters away. Maintenance is quick, and our tech, Desmond, is so friendly and I enjoy talking with him.

Our regular guy is Darius, who is wonderful, prompt and has an eye for detail. Occasionally we get the Specialist Andrew to come out ( to remove hornets nest and wasp nest) and assist with the more difficult jobs. Andrew is very respectful and is very thorough. These men deserve a raise!

So far, our experience with Orkin has been very positive. We identified that we had a pest problem, Orkin was able to come out very quickly, and the Orkin technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He provided a terrific service

Been using Terminix for a couple years. Always have great service. Never any bugs. The technician always takes time to cover any new observations or concerns. One example is them showing me where there is a hole in my garage that could lead to mice getting in if not addressed. They even took the time to inform me on how to fix it myself. Great service!

Ramil did an outstanding job for us this morning as we deal with a mouse problem. He inspected, sealed, baited, and educated! His response time was excellent (within 24 hrs.), and he is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He wore booties to protect the carpets and kept all of his work neat and tidy. He also reassured us of quick follow-up should we have questions in the future. Ramil is hands-down the best we have encountered; HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Rachel has been our technician for several years. She always checks in prior to coming to ask if there are any concerns. She follows up once done to share a recap of her visit. She’s also made special trips here if we are having any issues. She’s the best!!

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
