Benjamin Frost did a top notch job. You can tell he does a thorough job from the time he parks the truck to when he leaves. Upon arrival the first thing he did was follow up with me from the previous visit of another technician to see if my previous issues had been resolved. He inspected and determined he needed to re-treat and did just that. He then made sure I understood everything and suggested a follow up to make sure the issue was handled. The technition was knowledgeable and very accommodating! Came mid morning which I appreciated—-I did not care for the fact that when I called and asked if my appointment was in the a.m. or the p.m. they would not confirm that! I would think they would kind of have an idea where their technicians were during the day—- having to stay home all day for a half hour appointment is aggravating!!! Otherwise, I thought the technician was very nice and had good advice !

Mr. James Nelson is an excellent Fox Pest Control technician! You are always met with such a warm smile and hello when he is at your door. He is so nice, courteous and professional. Ever since specifically Mr. Nelson has been coming to our property to treat, we have noticed a significant reduction of critter activity. Almost close to zero! He is very knowledgeable, and does such a thorough job when treating your property. We love having him is our technician! He is simply AMAZING! I would definitely recommend him to everyone! 😃

William does an amazing job every time he does my Orkin service. He is very thorough very friendly professional and very knowledgeable when I ask him questions I would recommend them to everyone.

I’ve been using Orkin for not quite a year I called them initially for a pest issue and I truly believe using the program not only saves money but keeps those little buggers away. Billy is the tech that usually comes out and he’s very good at what he does. He listens to my concerns and addresses them he’s very respectful of my property and how important it is. Anthony did a fantastic job . Came over on Christmas Eve day . Found exactly where the mice were coming in. My house . Spent a good amount of time to find all this stuff . Put down traps very strategically. Really nice guy and a great representation for the Orkin Company . He is following up with me next week to make sure everything he did worked . I give him 10 out of 10 marks for his knowledge of the mouse habits and making sure my house is now free of those pesky critters !!

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house.
