Mr. James Nelson is an excellent Fox Pest Control technician! You are always met with such a warm smile and hello when he is at your door. He is so nice, courteous and professional. Ever since specifically Mr. Nelson has been coming to our property to treat, we have noticed a significant reduction of critter activity. Almost close to zero! He is very knowledgeable, and does such a thorough job when treating your property. We love having him is our technician! He is simply AMAZING! I would definitely recommend him to everyone! 😃

I can't post an opinion on the success of the service yet as they just came today to treat. However I can say that "Justin" the tech was so courteous and patient with my many questions. He treated inside and out and also sprayed the second floor. I will be able to post on my insect elimination in a couple of weeks and hopefully be able to open the windows to enjoy some spring air.

Gabriel called me to let me know when he would arrive and was punctual. He is very friendly and professional. At my request he replaced new bait traps after checking for any scat. He even checked my car where my extra tire was with me. He made sure that I could call if I had any questions or problems. Thank you for such a wonderful employee. When I think he is done I notice [from inside] the brush for web removal etc. outside reaching to get my second story windows!!!!! He will discuss and overextend himself. What a guy. We had a routine mouse check with Andrew L and during that visit I had asked him if he could re-check some work that had been done in our attic by a previous Orkin team which involved climbing a ladder, going into our unfinshed attic, and taking a photo of that work that had been done. Andrew did without hesitation and was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Andrew!

Our experience has been a great one! We’ve never needed this type of service before. We sure got lucky when Gurnee Orkin assigned Andrew Leiter to our house!!! Andrew is very professional and knowledgeable. He has gone over and above our expectations. He even has taken the time to answer texts/questions after business hours. Andrew ROCKS!!

Orkin is quick and effective! Signed up last year to take care and ants and now have an ongoing plan to keep all the bugs and critters away. Maintenance is quick, and our tech, Desmond, is so friendly and I enjoy talking with him.

Our regular guy is Darius, who is wonderful, prompt and has an eye for detail. Occasionally we get the Specialist Andrew to come out ( to remove hornets nest and wasp nest) and assist with the more difficult jobs. Andrew is very respectful and is very thorough. These men deserve a raise!

So far, our experience with Orkin has been very positive. We identified that we had a pest problem, Orkin was able to come out very quickly, and the Orkin technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He provided a terrific service

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
