Had orkin come out on 8/7 to take care of some black wasps that were making a home in my garage. They also treated my foundation for an ant problem I was having. Since they did this service I have seen a drastic reduction in ants and the black wasps are gone hopefully to never return. The 2 gentlemen who came to my home were very respectful and thorough. They did a fantastic job! I would recommend orkin to everyone! Their rates are very competitive and affordable as well!

In my opinion the Crystal Lake Orkin team should receive 10+ rating. Unfortunately we had bed bugs which are difficult to eradicate. The moment Josh arrived we felt we were in good hands. He explained what the bugs habits were, the process to remove the intruders, and follow-up. Being tough, it took a couple applications and with Josh he brought Dane for training. We could see the intense training and both did an excellent job. During this time Josh went to management training. He was so considerate. He called to say he was in training and not be there for the next application but if I needed anything he would be happy to help. Thanks for the great customer service Josh !! While Josh was gone, Steven came to our home. He also did an excellent job being a fresh pair of eyes and taking our service to excellence. Super thorough job! 7/18 - Monthly follow up appointment was great. Brandon was very thorough and professional. So glad I called Orkin to take care of my issues. Happy with my service. Great follow-up visit from Orkin today. Technician listened to my concerns and took action to eliminate my problem. Happy with the service I’ve received. I received great service today from Orkin. My technician listened ti all my concerns and thoroughly explained what he was going to do to get rid of my problem. He was professional & friendly. If you need an exterminator, I highly recommend Orkin!

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

Our technician was knowledgeable. We called Terminix from signs of rodents and they were quick to schedule an appointment and we’re honest about the severity. Gave things we could do to help minimize chances of infestations. They have been very responsive and I really liked the full report after they came out.

After seeing signs of mice I set some traps. After find a few each morning I set up an appointment with Terminix. The representative (Tyler) who came to my house was incredibly helpful and kind. As he walked the perimeter of the house he smelled gas and alerted us (we called the gas company who found a leak - SO thankful for him!). We do have a bit of a mouse issue, despite my diligent trap setting and, while I felt embarrassed about the issue, he was so kind and reassuring the problem could be resolved.

I had a pretty bad termite problem in my garage many years ago. Ramil eliminated that pest problem right away. His professional and know approach has kept me pest free ever since. He has always been very friendly and courteous. He does a great job by keeping updated and well informed through every step of the process. Great service!!!

Ramil from Terminix just saved my sanity by coming over on a few minutes notice to get rid of a huge wasp nest outside my window! He was so efficient and calm in his demeanor, I can’t imagine anyone better to do this job

After I scheduled a follow up appointment, I called Ramil and let him know I needed him to come out a couple days early. Not only did he come out, he identified and addressed all of the issues on the perimeter of the house and advised of some long-term fixes that are needed. Great service and highly knowledgeable.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Mason was very friendly and explained how their services work very clearly. He gave us a discount as well since he was already doing our neighbor's house. For the initial visit, the worker from Aptive arrived on time and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.

My dealing with Aptive didn't work out in terms of me finding appropriate usage of their product... but enough cannot be said about the talented sales person(Werner) that took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. Not only was he courteous and knowledgeable about his company's product, but he was also patient and understanding when the conclusion was made we would not be making a deal. There aren't enough talented sales people like Werner anymore, sadly.. Aptive would be smart to retain him for as long as possible.

AJ is the best person I have met so far by any company. He is knowledgeable and he knows what he is doing. Very friendly, and informative person. He sprayed inside outside the house, cleaned webs and wasps nest. He applied insecticidal barrier all over my house and on foundation of the house.
