Daniel, the amazing technician who came to our house today, receives a 5-star review for his customer service and for taking the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the home treatment we were choosing from Fox! The company as a whole however receives a 2-star review, hence the 3-star review overall haha when we initially called several days ago and explained our situation, it seemed like the sales team provided us with as much information as would create a tad bit of fear in us so we’d purchase a package from them. We assumed they knew best and ended up deciding to move forward with Fox, And set up a home treatment. Today when we asked some questions of Daniel though to make sure we understood what we were getting into, prior to any treatment being done, we started to realize that the sales team hadn’t given us a full picture of what all was actually necessary for our specific situation. We called the general number after Daniel suggested we call the sales team back and ask more questions, and it felt like they were talking in circles, never fully answering our questions or putting our minds at ease. They again made it seem like we had no option but to move forward with the initial home treatment. Daniel did not encourage us one way or the other, he only encouraged us to understand what we had originally said yes to. After hanging up the phone with the sales team, we talked with several other people who have been in similar situations in the past, did more intentional research, and needless to say, we’ve decided not to move forward with Fox. The sales team was kind each time we spoke, but I think fully understanding the client’s specific situation before suggesting a package, and one that requires follow up visits and monthly charges at that, should be highest priority, even if it means they don’t make the sale.

Had ants and mice in the house. Tech by the name of Terrell came out in the morning and did a very thorough inspection on both the inside and outside of the home. He even suggested a few tips to help control any future occurrences. Very professional and polite. Definitely recommend this company.

Nico was here today, and we were very pleased with his extensive knowledge of insects, their patterns and how to prevent them from becoming a threat. He was friendly and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We hope to have him come to our home every time we need a service!

Fox called me and told me I had a free termite inspection. Tech came out and told me I have termites and was offering a big discount if I got the treatment asap. I got a second opinion from my uncle who is a retired pest control tech and he confirmed there were no termites. Will be switching over to another pest control. Disliked the dishonesty. One thing is to claim I do have termites, another is to say I may. They were confident that I had them. Pest control services are affordable though.

Tony is the BEST! He really takes care of his customers and does a fantastic job at explaining exactly what is needed, what he'll be doing, and performs the service in detail and fully. The local regional manager, inspector, and technician were diligent about putting what I wanted first, showing professionalism throughout the process to earn my business. Alex, did a fantastic job, explaining in detail what he can do, answering my questions confidently, protecting my pets, genuinely gave a damn. I've requested he continues to service my property.

Setting up the initial appointment was very simple. I was called back in a timely fashion and they accommodated my schedule. The rep showed up on time, was friendly and was able to apply quickly.

Manny and his team were awesome. Manny had great communication, consistent punctuality, and a friendly demeanor. He was excellent to work with and made a less than desirable situation in our attic a more pleasant experience to remediate. We would recommend Manny and his team to anyone for dealing with unwanted critters in the house.

I had a great experience with this company for attic insulation. From start to finish, they were professional and easy to work with. They took the time to clearly explain everything they were going to do before the job started, and once it was completed, they explained some things that will follow. Highly recommend!

Bill and his team came out was polite, professional, and very informative. They took the time to confirm the service I scheduled and clearly explained what it would involve before getting started. After the service was completed, they reviewed everything they had done and even walked me over to the fence to show me the work first hand. Jason and Kevin did an excellent job sealing up so holes in our peaks. They were on time, explained the process and completed the job. They needed to us a boom lift to reach our peaks and was very cautious moving the heavy machinery across our front lawn. They also checked around the base of our house for openings. The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Marco is the best! We use Terminix/Anderson for commercial pest control. Marco is punctual, professional and highly knowledgeable about both preventative care and targeted treatment. Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit. Jamir seemed genuine and liked his job. I hope things come out like he described.
