I had Marcus Moore today. One of the best pest technicians, took care of everything. Looked inside outside the house. called in advance and told me to ask for him next time. This is amazing. I think Fox is really making a difference in an industry that really needed it.

I called them about my hornet nest since the storms seemed to lower it significantly. I so wanted to live in peace with the hornets but they’ve been swarming around that nest constantly. I figured anyone near 6’ tall or taller was at risk for sure, and if it fell on the ground, my dogs would likely annoy the heck, out of the hornets and get stung. The nest was about fence height or so, and now bounced up and down in the wind since the tree branch didn't seem to support it well any more. I browsed the internet quickly for average cost and they seemed to be about $75 cheaper than I was expecting. Within 2 hours they were at my house to fix the problem and advised me how to keep myself and the dogs safe for the short term. First he sprayed (after getting in protective gear). Then he busted the nest. He sprayed some more. Knocked it down, and dragged it away from the tree to more safely pick it up. Orkin rep.came out this morning and checked the areas where the traps were placed...nothing caught yet and no droppings. Orkin pro Clarence came out today (follow up) visit...checked all areas, nothing found yet. Although I heard them...he replaced some traps with larger ones. Clarence was timely and did an excellent job in explaining the process and reassuring we will get it. Was pleased with the follow up visit. Thank you!

Lucas was great he took his time to find out where the yellow jackets were coming from. I think hopefully we finally found the main nest. I appreciated his time and patience.

Giovanni K Drew was a very personable, professional and efficient technician. He inquired about any issues and addressed them immediately. He also gave clear instructions to keep my dogs away from the treated areas until the areas had a chance to dry. He was a pleasure to interact with. I can always count on Ryan Hall to be up front and honest with me about what he is doing around my house and what needs to be done coming up with different seasons. He always tells me not to let the dogs out for awhile just case. He’ll come in a treat the inside if I see ants, spiders, etc….He is very friendly and someone I can trust and always asked me how the family is doing. Such a great guy!

I enjoy our quarterly visits with our technician Ryan. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional, while he explains what challenges the current season brings.

Terminix did a great job with Pest Control and re-insulating my attic. Everybody on the job communicated well and answered all my questions. I would definitely hire them again.

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
