Gentlemen I recently had a raccoon in my attic and contacted Anderson. Nate came out and identified the problem. He was very good and we decided on a course of action. Good comments for Nate! Bill Jasch came out to set the trap later. I talked to him at length and was very impressed! When he came out with an assistant to seal up the entire house my wife had a chance to talk with Bill also. He explained everything to her. She told ma after that she also thought Bill was top notch! She had complete confidence in Bill and was very happy that he was leading the crew to remove and replace the insulation. The crew of people were all excellent with the removal and installation! Anderson Pest Control is wonderful! I have their monthly plan, and it’s helped keep my home free of ants, spiders, weird gnat things, and mice. The first year I lived in my house, there were a lot of bugs, and one call eliminated them. The seasonal service keeps it in check, and the on call helped get rid of mice before they became a big problem. They always send the same technician, and Melanie is super nice, knowledgeable and really great. I’d give this company 10 stars if I could.

Here we go again... we use Orkin mosquito control services and had nothing but issues. The tech would only be at our house for about 2-3 minutes and leave. Their sprays never help and they tried telling me 5 days after they sprayed that it was a new month so the free service between service didn't count because 5 days later was a new month. Finally got ahold of someone at the branch and they said they would fix this and came back out and we had one great month. So we reinstated with them. Now here we are the next month and back to being at our house for 3 minutes and not even spraying our backyard. We have cameras all around our property and they didn't even go past our gate. I WILL BE CANCELING OUR SERVICES ON MONDAY AGAIN! update - Talked with the branch again today and they want to make this right and are sending out a tech on Thursday to reapply and permanently assigning this tech to my property since he seems to be the only tech that spent the time to take care of my property and not waste my $80.00. Moving up to 3 stars from here and hopefully changing to 5 stars when we can make sure this is all ironed out

Been subscribed for 2+ years after we had an incident with some ants. They really put in the effort to make sure we're satisfied and getting results for ANY kind of pest. Our rep is always extremely friendly and personable, and takes all of our concerns / questions seriously as if he's taking care of his own home.

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

Our tech on this visit gets a 5-Star review. She was knowledgeable, professional and took care of all our issues, even the ones that somehow did not make it on the service report. She properly explained what she was planning to do. Hands down, the best tech we have ever had since signing up for Terminix. A++++++++++

Terminix was quick to respond to my request for service and the results was very positive after the first treatment. I have not been bothered with any more bugs since. The technician, Dj, was professional and answered all of my questions.

We are absolutely satisfied with the overall experience we had with Terminex. Mike, our sales rep, & Todd, our tech, were both very knowledgeable, forthcoming & professional. We feel confident that our home is now protected.

Our local Chicago tech, Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent communication and support throughout the day he inspected our home. We were very concerned about a potential bed bug problem and he helped us feel peace of mind when he confirmed that we DID NOT have this issue. He recommended a quarterly treatment at a great deal for preventative measures and we are so glad we did it! The tech who conducted the treatment was also a wonderful communicator and very efficient in getting it done in a timely manner.

My technician Terry is amazing. He is always on time and ensures that I never miss an appointment by sending me a reminder text at least 2 days before. He is very personable and does an amazing job everytime! Keep up the good work Terry.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Mason was very friendly and explained how their services work very clearly. He gave us a discount as well since he was already doing our neighbor's house. For the initial visit, the worker from Aptive arrived on time and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.

My dealing with Aptive didn't work out in terms of me finding appropriate usage of their product... but enough cannot be said about the talented sales person(Werner) that took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. Not only was he courteous and knowledgeable about his company's product, but he was also patient and understanding when the conclusion was made we would not be making a deal. There aren't enough talented sales people like Werner anymore, sadly.. Aptive would be smart to retain him for as long as possible.

AJ is the best person I have met so far by any company. He is knowledgeable and he knows what he is doing. Very friendly, and informative person. He sprayed inside outside the house, cleaned webs and wasps nest. He applied insecticidal barrier all over my house and on foundation of the house.

We have been using Aptive for several years now and they are great. Ryan is the Aptive rep that services our home and he is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for us whenever he services our home. We highly recommend Aptive for anyone looking to keep their home protected from insects/bugs.

First of all I appreciated the call just prior to arrival so I could harness my two dogs away from the front windows. Adam was a very friendly, efficient, and thorough technician. He also gave good feedback. I hope he is our tech for our next treatment.
