I had Marcus Moore today. One of the best pest technicians, took care of everything. Looked inside outside the house. called in advance and told me to ask for him next time. This is amazing. I think Fox is really making a difference in an industry that really needed it.

I called them about my hornet nest since the storms seemed to lower it significantly. I so wanted to live in peace with the hornets but they’ve been swarming around that nest constantly. I figured anyone near 6’ tall or taller was at risk for sure, and if it fell on the ground, my dogs would likely annoy the heck, out of the hornets and get stung. The nest was about fence height or so, and now bounced up and down in the wind since the tree branch didn't seem to support it well any more. I browsed the internet quickly for average cost and they seemed to be about $75 cheaper than I was expecting. Within 2 hours they were at my house to fix the problem and advised me how to keep myself and the dogs safe for the short term. First he sprayed (after getting in protective gear). Then he busted the nest. He sprayed some more. Knocked it down, and dragged it away from the tree to more safely pick it up. Excellent experience! The lady I talked to at the office was very friendly and patient. I had an issue with yellow jackets which I tried to care of myself, but just didn’t work. They came out the same day. James was great to work with. Again, very patient and answered all my questions. He confirmed the work and price. He checked in with me before he left too. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend using Orkin in Plainfield.

Here we go again... we use Orkin mosquito control services and had nothing but issues. The tech would only be at our house for about 2-3 minutes and leave. Their sprays never help and they tried telling me 5 days after they sprayed that it was a new month so the free service between service didn't count because 5 days later was a new month. Finally got ahold of someone at the branch and they said they would fix this and came back out and we had one great month. So we reinstated with them. Now here we are the next month and back to being at our house for 3 minutes and not even spraying our backyard. We have cameras all around our property and they didn't even go past our gate. I WILL BE CANCELING OUR SERVICES ON MONDAY AGAIN! update - Talked with the branch again today and they want to make this right and are sending out a tech on Thursday to reapply and permanently assigning this tech to my property since he seems to be the only tech that spent the time to take care of my property and not waste my $80.00. Moving up to 3 stars from here and hopefully changing to 5 stars when we can make sure this is all ironed out

Been subscribed for 2+ years after we had an incident with some ants. They really put in the effort to make sure we're satisfied and getting results for ANY kind of pest. Our rep is always extremely friendly and personable, and takes all of our concerns / questions seriously as if he's taking care of his own home.

My service agent is Kenneth Bailey. Mr. Bailey services my home quarterly. He always calls before arriving; he always arrives on time. He is ALWAYS professional and ALWAYS provides EXCELLENT customer service. Mr. Bailey always answers any questions I may have. He truly represents your company VERY well. I hope he is being considered from advancement within your organization. He is TRULY a treasure.

Our Technician, Trestan Marshall was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of the pest we were bothered by. He helped us to understand what we were up against and presented a great action plan. Trestan is quite skilled at his trade. I would always recommend satisfying service like this. Terminix should be very proud to have him as an employee!

Joe is the best! Around 4 years ago, I started service at my home, and luckily Joe is my specialist. He always takes the time to ask if there’s any concerns, and if so, to call him. In all these years, he’s provided exceptional service and I’ve never had to place a call for additional services.

Joe has been our Terminix technician for years and we absolutely love him and the service he provides for our family! He’s extremely personable, knowledgeable, punctual and always very pleasant to work with. He does a great job at actually taking care of your concerns, which can change from time to time as far as pests go, rather than just going through the motions and rushing through the job. Joe is literally the reason why we’ve stayed a Terminix customer for so many years.

Mr Kevin Hill has been a great worker. I like the fact that he is my regular worker. He knows me and is familiar with my home. He always calls a day or two in advance to let me know he is coming. He arrives at the time friendly with a great attitude. He lets me know what he is doing and what he finds. If I’m not home he will let me know he’s been at my home and what he has done. Great service always from Mr Hill. !!

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit. Jamir seemed genuine and liked his job. I hope things come out like he described.
