Fox called me and told me I had a free termite inspection. Tech came out and told me I have termites and was offering a big discount if I got the treatment asap. I got a second opinion from my uncle who is a retired pest control tech and he confirmed there were no termites. Will be switching over to another pest control. Disliked the dishonesty. One thing is to claim I do have termites, another is to say I may. They were confident that I had them. Pest control services are affordable though.

Tony is the BEST! He really takes care of his customers and does a fantastic job at explaining exactly what is needed, what he'll be doing, and performs the service in detail and fully. Technician was great. Notified us before coming out & when he was finished. Asked if there were any issues we needed addresssed & made sure we knew when he was on the property. Since we have big dogs this has always been a priority for us.

Asked Fox to come out for an off-cycle check and they were there the next day. Can't beat service like that! The technician, David, is great. Always seems to know his stuff and is very easy to work with. Recommend.

Excellent experience! The lady I talked to at the office was very friendly and patient. I had an issue with yellow jackets which I tried to care of myself, but just didn’t work. They came out the same day. James was great to work with. Again, very patient and answered all my questions. He confirmed the work and price. He checked in with me before he left too. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend using Orkin in Plainfield.

Here we go again... we use Orkin mosquito control services and had nothing but issues. The tech would only be at our house for about 2-3 minutes and leave. Their sprays never help and they tried telling me 5 days after they sprayed that it was a new month so the free service between service didn't count because 5 days later was a new month. Finally got ahold of someone at the branch and they said they would fix this and came back out and we had one great month. So we reinstated with them. Now here we are the next month and back to being at our house for 3 minutes and not even spraying our backyard. We have cameras all around our property and they didn't even go past our gate. I WILL BE CANCELING OUR SERVICES ON MONDAY AGAIN! update - Talked with the branch again today and they want to make this right and are sending out a tech on Thursday to reapply and permanently assigning this tech to my property since he seems to be the only tech that spent the time to take care of my property and not waste my $80.00. Moving up to 3 stars from here and hopefully changing to 5 stars when we can make sure this is all ironed out

Been subscribed for 2+ years after we had an incident with some ants. They really put in the effort to make sure we're satisfied and getting results for ANY kind of pest. Our rep is always extremely friendly and personable, and takes all of our concerns / questions seriously as if he's taking care of his own home.

Steve is very thorough and gives us excellent service for all of our venues. He makes sure we know if there is an issue, when things are clear and when we need to improve something. Terminix is a trusted service!

Dennis Koger has been my go-to technician for the past few weeks. I’ve been having an ant problem and he has been determined to help me get rid of them once and for all. He’s kind, hardworking, honest and a very nice man. He always has a smile on his face and great, positive energy. I appreciate the help he’s given me, you can tell he really cares about his job and his customers.

We do the home and lawn maintenance service and we have Tony Wilson, who we have had in the past, and he is amazing. He is beyond friendly and accommodating. He always listens and does exactly what is needed. He is a pleasure and very professional. He is communicative and always on time.

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Just had Vince take care of a mouse issue this morning. He arrived on time snd helped me feel more confident about this issue. I also appreciated his professionalism. Great communication too.

Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit. Jamir seemed genuine and liked his job. I hope things come out like he described.
