Fox called me and told me I had a free termite inspection. Tech came out and told me I have termites and was offering a big discount if I got the treatment asap. I got a second opinion from my uncle who is a retired pest control tech and he confirmed there were no termites. Will be switching over to another pest control. Disliked the dishonesty. One thing is to claim I do have termites, another is to say I may. They were confident that I had them. Pest control services are affordable though.

Tony is the BEST! He really takes care of his customers and does a fantastic job at explaining exactly what is needed, what he'll be doing, and performs the service in detail and fully. Asked Fox to come out for an off-cycle check and they were there the next day. Can't beat service like that! The technician, David, is great. Always seems to know his stuff and is very easy to work with. Recommend.

Great experience with the dispatcher and technician - both were thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate during a stressful situation. Steve addressed the issue and checked to make sure it was isolated. I feel confident that the problem is addressed and will not be an ongoing issue.

Bryan has been servicing my home for a year now. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have a 6 month old and he is always cognizant of this. When I moved in we had ants and centipedes. Since we started using Orkin that has ceased. I really like the service they provide and highly recommend them, especially if you get Bryan!

Nathaniel came out today to assist me with an ongoing issue. His level of knowledge and attentive/ kind customer service far surpassed my wildest expectations. Had other exterminators I’ve dealt with through my building and the difference in competency and service provided was vast. Someone give this guy a raise! Will be requesting him for future services.

Very professional, wore booties over their shoes, very nice technicians, reasonable with their pricing, have been around since 1905. You really can’t beat that!, We’ll see I had my first session, and hopefully it will knock most out of their existence with my issue. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. Marco is the best! We use Terminix/Anderson for commercial pest control. Marco is punctual, professional and highly knowledgeable about both preventative care and targeted treatment. Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit. Jamir seemed genuine and liked his job. I hope things come out like he described.
