I had Marcus Moore today. One of the best pest technicians, took care of everything. Looked inside outside the house. called in advance and told me to ask for him next time. This is amazing. I think Fox is really making a difference in an industry that really needed it.

I called them about my hornet nest since the storms seemed to lower it significantly. I so wanted to live in peace with the hornets but they’ve been swarming around that nest constantly. I figured anyone near 6’ tall or taller was at risk for sure, and if it fell on the ground, my dogs would likely annoy the heck, out of the hornets and get stung. The nest was about fence height or so, and now bounced up and down in the wind since the tree branch didn't seem to support it well any more. I browsed the internet quickly for average cost and they seemed to be about $75 cheaper than I was expecting. Within 2 hours they were at my house to fix the problem and advised me how to keep myself and the dogs safe for the short term. First he sprayed (after getting in protective gear). Then he busted the nest. He sprayed some more. Knocked it down, and dragged it away from the tree to more safely pick it up. When the Orkin representative came out, he did not have enough equipment to complete my job. He said he used most of it for previous jobs before mine. The representative did not go into the second floor apartment at all. He appeared to be in a rush to get to the next job and told me that I could call customer service to have another representative come out with more equipment. He was very pleasant and nice however he was not prepared.

My experience with the agent on the phone was excellent as was the person coming to spray our building. I recommend the business highly! The only quibble I have is that the agent neglected to tell me that the time 10-12pm was a window - and that someone would be here between that time. That info should have been communicated to me. Other than that - all good!

Joseph King did a great job! As always! He works with integrity, is professional and efficient. He also takes time to listen and answer any questions/concerns. It would be better if I could give these 5 stars only to Joseph K. My experience with the company (Orkin) and some of its other technicians would not receive this rating.

After having a pest scare with a little one, it was important for me and my family to get quick and informative service. We met our service person that same day I reached out to Orkin. After a thorough inspection of the entire house and a laundry list of things we could work on, they set our minds at ease with a clean report. Great experience!

Jorge is the best service guy ever. He thoroughly looks throughout the building, identifying possible entry point as well as determines solutions or prevents issues while treating my building His professionalism is outstanding he is an 11 out of 10. Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit. Jamir seemed genuine and liked his job. I hope things come out like he described.
