Oksana was a very competent, professional, and skillful exterminator. She readily answered all of my questions and found areas within my household that those little Mickey’s have used to get in. She took her time and by the time she left, I am thoroughly assured that those mice will not be able to get into my house.. I recommend her very highly as an aside. She also was very kind to my dogs that were very interested in what she was doing.

Very professional, wore booties over their shoes, very nice technicians, reasonable with their pricing, have been around since 1905. You really can’t beat that!, We’ll see I had my first session, and hopefully it will knock most out of their existence with my issue. When the Orkin representative came out, he did not have enough equipment to complete my job. He said he used most of it for previous jobs before mine. The representative did not go into the second floor apartment at all. He appeared to be in a rush to get to the next job and told me that I could call customer service to have another representative come out with more equipment. He was very pleasant and nice however he was not prepared.

Our Technician, Trestan Marshall was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of the pest we were bothered by. He helped us to understand what we were up against and presented a great action plan. Trestan is quite skilled at his trade. I would always recommend satisfying service like this. Terminix should be very proud to have him as an employee!

Joe is the best! Around 4 years ago, I started service at my home, and luckily Joe is my specialist. He always takes the time to ask if there’s any concerns, and if so, to call him. In all these years, he’s provided exceptional service and I’ve never had to place a call for additional services.

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit.
