Ken did my annual termite inspection. He was thorough and most informative. He pointed out the weak areas in my home and gave great tips on how to remedy the situations.

My technician Joe is best! I prefer him over anyone honestly. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, calls ahead of time to let you know when he’s on his way, shows up on time , very easy to talk with and makes me feel comfortable over all and gets the job done!

Great experience. Within minutes of spraying, they were able to find the source of the carpenter ants I had noticed. The technician gave lots of great advice on things I could do to keep moisture away from the foundation of the house. He also noticed vole trails in the yard & gave great input on how to treat that.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Marco is the best! We use Terminix/Anderson for commercial pest control. Marco is punctual, professional and highly knowledgeable about both preventative care and targeted treatment. We always receive an honest opinion if something out of the ordinary pops up. Highly recommend Marco and the Terminix team!

I am obsessed with Terminix Andersen! Our service tech Zach Knighton is the absolute best. He has gotten rid of all our issues in our building and always answers when we call him. Without Zach on our property we would be in big trouble! Can’t recommend and thank Zach enough!!

Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit. Jamir seemed genuine and liked his job. I hope things come out like he described.
