Daniel, the amazing technician who came to our house today, receives a 5-star review for his customer service and for taking the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the home treatment we were choosing from Fox! The company as a whole however receives a 2-star review, hence the 3-star review overall haha when we initially called several days ago and explained our situation, it seemed like the sales team provided us with as much information as would create a tad bit of fear in us so we’d purchase a package from them. We assumed they knew best and ended up deciding to move forward with Fox, And set up a home treatment. Today when we asked some questions of Daniel though to make sure we understood what we were getting into, prior to any treatment being done, we started to realize that the sales team hadn’t given us a full picture of what all was actually necessary for our specific situation. We called the general number after Daniel suggested we call the sales team back and ask more questions, and it felt like they were talking in circles, never fully answering our questions or putting our minds at ease. They again made it seem like we had no option but to move forward with the initial home treatment. Daniel did not encourage us one way or the other, he only encouraged us to understand what we had originally said yes to. After hanging up the phone with the sales team, we talked with several other people who have been in similar situations in the past, did more intentional research, and needless to say, we’ve decided not to move forward with Fox. The sales team was kind each time we spoke, but I think fully understanding the client’s specific situation before suggesting a package, and one that requires follow up visits and monthly charges at that, should be highest priority, even if it means they don’t make the sale.

Had ants and mice in the house. Tech by the name of Terrell came out in the morning and did a very thorough inspection on both the inside and outside of the home. He even suggested a few tips to help control any future occurrences. Very professional and polite. Definitely recommend this company.

Nico was here today, and we were very pleased with his extensive knowledge of insects, their patterns and how to prevent them from becoming a threat. He was friendly and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We hope to have him come to our home every time we need a service!

Fox called me and told me I had a free termite inspection. Tech came out and told me I have termites and was offering a big discount if I got the treatment asap. I got a second opinion from my uncle who is a retired pest control tech and he confirmed there were no termites. Will be switching over to another pest control. Disliked the dishonesty. One thing is to claim I do have termites, another is to say I may. They were confident that I had them. Pest control services are affordable though.

Tony is the BEST! He really takes care of his customers and does a fantastic job at explaining exactly what is needed, what he'll be doing, and performs the service in detail and fully. He never cuts corners and also Tony goes the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. He's the best! Thank you Tony!

Darrell L Owens service was extremely helpful. Great listener and professional. Our home was a bit clutter but he still managed to get the job done. He also helped with putting a vent part to the dryer that flew off during a windy day. If I had it my way I would give him 10 stars. Ken did my annual termite inspection. He was thorough and most informative. He pointed out the weak areas in my home and gave great tips on how to remedy the situations.

My technician Joe is best! I prefer him over anyone honestly. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, calls ahead of time to let you know when he’s on his way, shows up on time , very easy to talk with and makes me feel comfortable over all and gets the job done!

Great experience. Within minutes of spraying, they were able to find the source of the carpenter ants I had noticed. The technician gave lots of great advice on things I could do to keep moisture away from the foundation of the house. He also noticed vole trails in the yard & gave great input on how to treat that.

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide.
