Incredible customer service! The guy who came and sprayed my house took his time and really got every single place. He was very friendly and professional! He was very confident in what he was spraying which left me with a lot of comfort. I’m so thankful I chose Okrin!
Becca G.via GoogleVery professional. Already seeing results. Very pleased with your company.
Lynda B.via GoogleHad extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!

Joshua came out and inspected our home and attic since we’ve had a daytime bat issue. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them for future services!
Paul W. via googleI got a text from Brian this morning and I was very confused but wrong number. Still had amazing service don't currently need these services but when I do or know someone that does I'll recommend them. Very friendly service!
DSSD G. via googleMy husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.
Therese S. via googleA couple of squirrels gnawed their way into my attic. I contracted Critter Control and they responded quickly to set up service. The squirrels were humanely removed and all possible openings were sealed within a week. A short time later, my attic was fogged to take care of any potential critters that remained. A very thorough job with a warranty. Very pleased with the service.
Joanne T. via googleWe noticed a squirrel entering one of our roof eves and because a family member had recommended critter control we called them right away. The sales person came out and gave us a bid, indicating the work would take two to three days and they could have a team out within a couple of days. The price seemed high, but given that I can’t climb a ladder because of my disability, two or three days work for a crew seemed acceptable. A team of two young men showed up when they had said and spent a little less than 3 hours installing wire mesh over all of our roof eve openings and placing a one way the two eves that appeared damaged from birds and the squirrels, although the technicians said they didn’t hear or see anything in the eve. We had paid for 1/2 the service up front and were billed the remainder. While I’m happy to pay a fair wage, especially for services that I can’t do anymore, the six hours of labor and less than $100 of materials, seemed far less than the price and time the sales person had estimated. I called and was told a manager would call me back. I’ve been waiting about two weeks for a call back, but have only received another bill payment request and this request for a review. There is no local number provided on the website and the people I originally spoke with from their main office were not able to address the situation. The work done appears to be fine, but it’s up at the eves, so I can’t really tell the quality, time will tell if the squirrels or birds try to return, but it looks pretty good for now… the cost seems exorbitant compared to the labor and materials though and the company seems too big to provide a response to my inquiry. I do hope we can come to an agreement on finalizing the bill. My attempt to reply by email to their billing request failed so now I’m hoping they reach back out to me.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Deciphering Pest Coverage
When selecting a pest control service, it's crucial to examine which pests are included in your chosen plan. Standard plans typically protect against common critters like ants, spiders, cockroaches, and rodents. However, some pests such as termites, bed bugs, and certain wildlife may not be covered under basic agreements and might require specialized treatment plans. Homeowners should carefully review the list of pests included in their plan to avoid surprises down the line.
Understanding Contracts
Signing up for a pest control service often involves entering into a contract. These agreements can range from a one-time service to annual plans, with varying degrees of commitment. Most companies offer the flexibility to cancel these agreements, often with a money-back guarantee if services do not meet expectations. It's wise to weigh the length of the contract against the provided services and guarantees to make an informed decision.
Getting to Know the Guarantees
A strong guarantee provides peace of mind, ensuring that the pest control company stands behind their work. Look for guarantees that offer return visits at no additional cost if pests persist, as well as a money-back promise if the problem isn't resolved to your satisfaction. These guarantees are a testament to the company's commitment to keeping your home pest-free.
What Happens During Treatment?
When a technician arrives for treatment, they'll typically conduct a comprehensive inspection of your home, identify problem areas, and apply treatments to targeted locations. This can include both interior applications in common pest hideouts and exterior treatments to prevent new pests from entering. The process should be thorough, with safety measures in place for your family and pets.
Opting for Bundles and Add-Ons
Many pest control companies offer the opportunity to bundle services for added savings. You might combine general pest control with termite protection or mosquito treatments. These bundles can provide comprehensive coverage and are worth considering for long-term savings and extended protection. Add-ons may also be available to target specific issues like tick infestations or to provide extra services such as wildlife removal.
Addressing Specialty Pests
Certain pests require specialized treatment plans due to their unique behaviors and risks. Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife, for instance, are not always covered in standard pest control plans and often necessitate targeted strategies. It's important to discuss with your provider whether they have the expertise to handle these specialized pests and what the associated costs might be.
Choosing Between One-Time and Recurring Services
Homeowners must decide between one-time treatments and recurring pest control services. One-time services are suitable for immediate issues but lack long-term prevention, while recurring services offer ongoing protection, often with seasonal adjustments to address pest activity throughout the year. Depending on your circumstances and the pest pressure in your area, a long-term service plan might be the most effective solution to maintain a pest-free home.
