Phillip was friendly and prompt for our initial treatment. He took the time to explain everything and provided great suggestions on ways to help keep the pests out. Time shall tell if the treatments are effective but we he made us feel confident his treatment are the right path forward.

Zach was our tech he was right on time. Very polite, explained what he was going to do. He effectively took care spraying the house for ants. He the did the perimeter of the house. Came back to tell me he would be back for a follow up next month. He also explained no charge for in between to come out if we see anything that needs to be taken care of. Nice job.

Our technician did a thorough job. He was courteous, respectful and professional. Office staff was very helpful and really appreciate the notification of when the technician will arrive. We are a long time customer and would recommend this office.

Charles Crawford the service technician is a hard worker who is knowledgeable and very thorough servicing our property. He knows his business and we would highly recommend Orkin and Charles. The service that Charles gives is definitely 10 stars.

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

I had a really large hole that woodpeckers had drilled in a beam on my back porch. The hole was covered up and a deterrent applied. Good job!

With a very quick response they created a plan to remove the critter and seal any and all possible entryways into our home efficiently, professionally with care for the animal, care for our home and leaving us with a peace of mind. I've been using Terminix for insect prevention for a year, and I've noticed a big difference in the low quantity of insects around my property. Recently, I had an invasive wasp swarm on the corner of my house and the paper wasps were being aggressive to me and my family. Michael Fox came to my house and was able to exterminate the paper wasps, and educate me of where they were swarming and how to prevent them from returning next season. I'm extremely grateful to the whole Terminix team! I will always highly recommended the Terminix team!

Chris Neel-Bachler is a fantastic technician. He serviced our brand new house (new build in a new development - lots of spider, ant, pest activity) on 8/9/24 and was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Went above and beyond for our peace of mind and we are grateful for that. Thanks Chris!

Our local branch in Austin Texas is customer oriented. I cannot say the same for the corporate office. I’ve been with Terminix for over 12 years. On Monday Aug 5th, 2024, my call was forwarded from local to corporate. I requested mosquito service. No problem. Paid my money via credit card and was told the first service call would be Wednesday, August 7th. Outstanding because we have friends coming over for the weekend and we would like to entertain outside. The very nice lady said someone will be there 3 to 5 and will call or text 30 minutes before coming. Outstanding so I took the afternoon off. Around 430 I noted no one contacted us. I contact corporate only to have them tell me that it appears we are scheduled for Thursday 3 to 5. Okay, no problem. Again I took the afternoon off from work. No one showed. Again I contacted corporate who said I apologize but you are scheduled for Friday 3 to 5. The customer service rep offered no assistance. I said may I speak to a supervisor or manager. She told me there is no one to transfer me to. She said she could move it up to management at the local branch. It would take 24 to 48 hours for them to respond. What good is that if as you say they will be here tomorrow. I finally got in my car and drove to the local office. The Operations Manager helped me and made one phone call to a technician and we were serviced on Thursday. This story is to keep trying to reach the local office, I highly recommend you NOT depend on the corporate office because they appear extremely incompetent as well as untrained and ignorant on how to provide customer service.

My service tech Chris does a great job & whenever I need additional assistance he always comes through & in a timely manner. He also doesn’t make me feel like I am bothering him, he always seems happy to help me & I really appreciate that!

We went with another company after moving and the results just weren’t the same. We had worked with Terminix for over a decade prior and we’ve always had wonderful, knowledgeable, dedicated technicians. Glad to be back!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I am in door to door sales and Leo really impressed me. Something a lot of door to door folks don’t do is knock until the end of the day. The fact he came back when I was home (9:15ish) just blew me out of the water. Leo was very easy going and knowledgeable about his product. Daniel did an amazing job, it's been a long time since I have seen strong customer service from a company. Not only did he complete the pest control service thoroughly but he also took the time to review my account and resolve outstanding issues around scheduling and billing charges. He made sure everything was taken care of before he left the property. Highly recommend him for the service!

Absolutely pleased with the level of detail our technician, Calvin, provides. He is very detailed oriented. He communicates in advance of arrival to ensure our pets are indoors prior to his arrival. After treatment, he communicates with details of service, discovery and other pertinent information. Excellent service! If I could give Calvin 10 stars, I would.

Moe was awesome. He came and checked in and asked if we were having any issues. Advised that our pups couldn’t go out for an hour and made sure they got a potty break before he treated the yard. Thumbs up for Moe!
