Where can I start? Being a transplant and always traveling I rarely have time to settle down and enjoy my new home. But when i can and when I am available I am super fortunate that I have Joshua at Fox to protect my home from critters and to always be professional And lovely at every instance. Give that boy a raise as he is the best! Josh makes everything easy and treats you like he would a member of his only family if they were a customer as well. I had my first initial treatment today. My technician was Lupe. I totally enjoyed talking to him. He did some great teaching with me regarding spiders, etc. He explained each one of the services that he was providing and the ones that were available if I wanted them. He was professional. Very nice young man. I think I will be very happy with him doing the bug control at my home.

I signed up for services September 2024! I have not had anything except great service! Profession and extremely knowledgeable Service techs come to my house! Brian came out to check my attic and was so very polite and friendly. Although he didn’t have the best of news to tell me after his investigation in the attic, he was very nice and no judgement was detected from him. That’s awesome service! I appreciate him keeping it professional. He also educated me on how to help keep spiders ants mice out! So a 5 star rating! The techs and their service are what gives the 5 stars for me! If more employees who are attached to the business name Orkin would operate with such integrity and friendliness, 5 stars would definitely be given at every review.

Orkin commercial service for timeout bar is always great. Never have any pests at the establishment once we started using their service.

Our tech Kiefer McGinty provided excellent service and treatment in identifying the source of ants in our kitchen and preventing their return. He stayed with it until he found the source of their entry to the house preventing a costly return and disappointment had our issue not been resolved. I was very impressed with his attention to detail ensuring we were satisfied and more importantly that our problem was resolved.

We just started service with them after having no results with another pest company. Chase came out to do our inspection to see what might be causing our pest issues and thoroughly talked through everything with us and was patient in answering my many questions- I had a lot because pests and rodents freak me out and I do not want to see anything in my home! He also detected another issue that we weren’t aware of and gave us all our options on how to resolve it. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. We are happy to have switched pest companies and I feel confident having Chase as our technician.

We had another pest control company try to rip us off, so I called Truly Nolan for a second opinion. They showed me that our issue was not bad at all and offered several options to mitigate our issue. Today our technician Lucas came out and sealed up our house against rodents, set traps outside and treated our entire house. He was incredibly professional and did a great job. It would take a lot for me to drop Truly Nolan as my pest control company. The entire team from my first phone call to an inspection has been a great experience!

Unfortunately they were not able to help me with my very unique wasp issue in an apartment that property management won’t remedy, but the customer service was EXCELLENT. Billy spent about an hour conducting an inspection of my home, and in that hour put forth more effort than I have received from my property management, their contracted pest control company, and the city inspector all combined. Billy truly seemed more distraught than I even did about not being able to solve the problem, and that really showed his and the company’s genuine integrity. Thank you Truly Nolen for your time and attempt, I greatly appreciated it.

I just had such an excellent service from my technician Nathaniel Velez, he went above and beyond explaining different issues and concerns about some pests I had in my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient, moving furniture around to inspect and look for the source. He gave suggestions that I’m really going to follow through. Terminix has a great asset with Nathaniel.

We have used Terminix for 27 years for annual termite inspections. We have had many technicians through the years, and today we had the best yet. This young man, John G. was polite, professional and VERY knowledgeable. Instead of just running through, doing the inspection, telling me everything was ok and leaving, he actually took the time to educate me about termites. He told me what to look for and when to call them, and he showed me photos on his phone of what he was describing. He was very polite and asked first. He wasn’t pushing the info on me, and I was thankful to learn about the signs of an infestation. He seemed to care like it was his own home. I don’t write many reviews, but this young man clearly impressed me.

The mosquito treatment I was encouraged to get didn't work at all. I was bitten daily. The regular services were great! I wish the company had offered a refund since it didn't work and I'm still getting bitten to this very day.

Robert & Cory are outstanding communicators and employees. They take time to explain and make sure the customer feels confident with the work they preformed. Plus they listen to the customer’s request and help out more than expected. Very kind and respectful.

Jeryd does a great job. If you want to get rid of your moles, he is the guy. He "takes as long as is needed" when he comes for his visit.

I found one 6ft bull snake in my backyard and had to find a way to prevent that reoccurrence. OMG ? Meagan I am so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL ? for the work that Jose has done ! He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! I'm grateful to have an option other than to move the moles from my yard to my neighbor. The treatment seem to take an immediate effect. I will maintain the monthly service for a while.

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
