Fast, professional service. I used this company to remove some Wasp nests on my home. Service was provided within 2 business days, Salim was great. He was very professional. Highly recommend.

John F. via google

Have been using the services for several years for regular bug and insect treatment around house perimeter. Salim is very friendly, professional and responsive, respecting our privacy and always working with us as needed (we have pets). The service itself is very good, however, the used product does not work 100% - we still find coaches inside the house occasionally despite the treatment.

Petr J. via google

I have been a customer of Presto-X for years now. Mr Salim always does a great job of communicating when the next service is. He also is very professional in letting me know which areas need extra attention for bug extermination. I really appreciate Presto-X for having a technician like Mr Salim…friendly and professional.

Just had a technician named Chase come out. He gave me lots of helpful information about different pests and was very knowledgeable. Very professional and very kind. Pleased with the service that was provided so far!

Tara7355 via google

Lukas( keller area) is the best! He was thorough, attentive to my concerns and demonstrated professionalism and a real knowledge of his craft. I liken him to an investigator like Sherlock Holmes :-) He traced every lead and left no stone unturned. This gave me the greatest confidence in him and TN to solve our problem. He educated me and my husband regarding our issue and how to avoid it in the future and in the mean time has worked diligently and skillfully, partnering beside us and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Lucas!

Today was my first time using Orkin. So far the customer service has been great. The Orkin Man who came over today was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what to look out for with scorpions. I’m very hopeful they can get this issue resolved soon. I will try to remember to post an update in a few weeks to see how quickly and effectively this first treatment will be. Update on 01/04/24: before Orkin I was seeing at least 1, up to 6 scorpions daily after we moved into a new home. There was certainly an infestation happening. After the Orkin treatment I saw one a few days later that was nearly dead and a small baby one this past weekend as we moved one couch out because a new one was being delivered. That’s all that I’ve seen (I just knocked on wood)! I’m so glad there’s such a big difference in sightings! Very pleased!!! Thank you, Orkin!

Service technician did not contact us. We were home but had our phones silenced due to an ill resident. Never rang the doorbell to the best of our knowledge. Was the backyard serviced? The padlock on the gate was locked. Does the technician have the code? Unable to determine if service was performed. Invoice was received and the check is in the mail.

Margaret S. via google

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

Laurel B. via google

I had a really large hole that woodpeckers had drilled in a beam on my back porch. The hole was covered up and a deterrent applied. Good job!

I called them for a mouse issues I was having under my mobile home. The other employees were good and very helpful, one was not and he didn’t even bother to help me or look for more holes leading to under my house. I asked him if he could look around for the holes and I could call someone to seal it up. He refused to look and just told me straight out that I was stuck with the mice because they were going to find new ways to get in and there was nothing he could do about it. I started crying because I was running out of options at that point. I ended up calling another exterminator company and they took the time to look for the holes and seal them up. I hear the mice but not under my house anymore, they are outside the house and that’s because the other company took the time to help me. I admit the other employees they sent were very helpful and kind but just one wasn’t and I am very disappointed in that one employee’s service.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

Sue B.via Google

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Common Pests in Texas

Residents of Texas are likely to encounter a range of pests due to the state's diverse climate and expansive landscapes. One common pest that plagues many Texas households is the dreaded cockroach. These tenacious insects thrive in warm and humid environments, making Texas an ideal habitat for them. Cockroaches can contaminate food, trigger allergies, and spread diseases, making it crucial for homeowners to address infestations promptly.

Another pest that Texans often face is the mosquito. With its warm climate and ample water sources, Texas becomes a breeding ground for these blood-sucking nuisances. Not only do mosquitoes cause itchy bites, but they can also transmit diseases such as West Nile virus and Zika virus. To safeguard against these risks, residents may consider seeking professional pest control services that specialize in mosquito eradication and prevention.

Additionally, Texas is no stranger to termite troubles. These wood-devouring pests can cause extensive damage to homes and structures if left unchecked. With their voracious appetite for cellulose materials, termites pose a significant threat to the structural integrity of buildings. Engaging the services of a reputable pest control company can help homeowners detect and eliminate termite infestations, safeguarding their property from potential devastation.

When it comes to pest control, residents of Texas should consider seeking professional assistance to tackle these common issues. Expert pest control services can provide effective solutions tailored to the specific needs of each household, helping Texans enjoy a pest-free home environment.

Texas Requires Year Round Pest Control

Texas residents understand the importance of pest control services throughout the year.
