Dealing with bed bugs and bees and these guys were just fantastic! Ms. Briana explained everything of the typical process of said bugs and each step of the treatment process. I loved how patient and kind she was with me making sure I understood without condemnation or judgement. Set up every other month plan with them as well because I refuse to work with anyone else after this. I’ve had so many issues with other company’s. They took the cake with the plate!

The inspector has great! The manger (Steve)called and was very helpful and scheduled a technician to come take care of my ant problems right away! Cicero the tech came to do the extermination today. Has was very polite and explained everything he was going to do… well. He did a great job! He gave me his personal Terminix.. business card and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns.. I really would recommend Terminix to anybody!

Hector is very attentive to details when servicing my property. He ensures all the required areas get treated. He looks for other things related to my other accounts with Terminix for potential needs there as well during his visits. He is a great asset to the company.

We had a complete attic remediation due to rodent activity in our 100-year-old-home. Lawrence and his crew did an amazing job sealing all potential rodent entry points in the attic and even our foundation. They completely replaced the insulation and sanitized the space. The work was quick and thorough. Also, very impressed with John, who does our quarterly pest control. He quickly identified potential issues due to the nature of our house and the season of year. Very knowledgeable!

We requested pest control service in house and in periphery due to some ants and spiders sighting. Brendan Kruse was the man who came to our rescue. He’s a young, polite, extremely courteous and beyond helpful young man. He’s not only helped us with the requested service with complete orientation to details, but also was very kind. We noticed a bird nest on top of garage door motor with 2 eggs being hatched. He helped my husband move them to a tree branch with super care and compassion to the animal and also thinking about us that bird nest and eventual babies will attract bugs and snakes. Kudos to this young guy!

Corey was the individual that did the treatments. We were installing mosquito traps and he suggested better locations to eliminate the risk of our dogs getting in the traps. Perfect! I met some of the Truly Nolen crew at an event in Keller. Out of all the vendors there the Truly Nolen crew seemed to be the most down to earth type of people. They weren’t super pushy about their services. They genuinely seemed like a team of people that just want to help with any issues you have. We even talked about my dogs and sent us home with a goody bag. I just really enjoyed the conversation and thought they were a nice group of people

Jeryd does a great job. If you want to get rid of your moles, he is the guy. He "takes as long as is needed" when he comes for his visit.

I found one 6ft bull snake in my backyard and had to find a way to prevent that reoccurrence. OMG ? Meagan I am so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL ? for the work that Jose has done ! He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! I'm grateful to have an option other than to move the moles from my yard to my neighbor. The treatment seem to take an immediate effect. I will maintain the monthly service for a while.

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
