When I originally scheduled a visit in Beaumont, I received a called 10 minutes later saying the tech was extremely busy & wasn’t going to make it. I was devastated because it’s 5 days before Christmas & stray cats has infested my house with fleas. My children are ages 2-12 & I desperately needed treatment before Christmas Day. Chelsea called & offered me a discount for them to come early Monday morning so I agreed. Travis my technician was so kind & informative, he made me feel confident that my situation would be handled & he made sure that my child with asthma would not be affected with the treatment if we followed the rules after treatment (which we did). I’ve been home & currently no flea activity. He said someone will return in 2 weeks to inspect & follow up. I’m still praying that I’ll have the same news with no activity. I do recommend Orkin for their professionalism & same day treatment option, once you talk with a rep. Other companies had me waiting for inspection then follow up treatment appointments & I needed help ASAP. Thank you Orkin! Thank you Travis for caring about my concerns & addressing them. I’ll update in 2 weeks on my outcome of treatment. Travis & Steve is amazing for the Beaumont area.

Bugs suck! The best choice in the bug and termite business is Jay with Orkin. He is a second-generation bug man. That is the kind of experience needed, and there is no other person I would trust for my pest control needs. Call him and get his expertise. You won't have a sucky bug problem for long!

Terminix should hire more people like Chase Lanham, professional, always smiling while he was here, great attitude...some people love there jobs and it shows...it carries forward with them and reflects on their professionalism. Very knowledgeable of the termites...we was chatting about different types of termites. Above all no one wants to deal with a bad attitude because they're not happy with there position or job. I met some of the Truly Nolen crew at an event in Keller. Out of all the vendors there the Truly Nolen crew seemed to be the most down to earth type of people. They weren’t super pushy about their services. They genuinely seemed like a team of people that just want to help with any issues you have. We even talked about my dogs and sent us home with a goody bag. I just really enjoyed the conversation and thought they were a nice group of people

I required the services of an exterminator and obtained several quotes from various companies. Truly Nolan of Keller promptly dispatched Tom for an inspection the following day. He was courteous and patiently explained everything as many times as necessary to alleviate my concerns. Within a couple of days, Tom sent Chase and his team to address the problem. Chase and his team were also courteous and, like Tom, very thorough in their explanations and their work. The following week, I contacted Tom regarding a separate issue in my garage. He was accommodating to my schedule and again sent Chase and his team. They arrived precisely at the appointed time. Within five minutes of their departure, the problem was effectively resolved. To date, I am exceptionally pleased with the services provided by Truly Nolan and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I found one 6ft bull snake in my backyard and had to find a way to prevent that reoccurrence. OMG ? Meagan I am so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL ? for the work that Jose has done ! He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! Thanks much ?

I'm grateful to have an option other than to move the moles from my yard to my neighbor. The treatment seem to take an immediate effect. I will maintain the monthly service for a while.

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
