What great service! Chase and Lukas helped us seal up even the small openings in our house, after we caught 2 rats in our attic, and we haven't had any repeat customers since, after 3 weeks already. They did a neat and tidy job, and are going to come back and paint the new flashing when it's warmer and drier. I appreciated their respect for our property and their courtesy to myself, plus their efficiency in identifying entrances, and in setting traps, and in cleanup. Chase's reassurance was also very comforting. Highly recommend!

Day one I had several services performed. I just bought a 68yo house 6 trucks showed up. It was an Orkin Army. All doing a differnt job but flowing like water. Took three days for eveything under the house still that was quick all that was done. It was great. All the guys and gal were fantastic. Thanks I highly recommend.

I found one 6ft bull snake in my backyard and had to find a way to prevent that reoccurrence. OMG ? Meagan I am so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL ? for the work that Jose has done ! He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

First I have been using Terminix since 1976 and found the service tech’s excellent. Current prior notification of service which gives me time to make a date or time change. Also I receive a time frame for the service. I have two locations with service agreements.

I highly recommend Joe and their services with Terminix. Joe is an awesome professional who is always prompt, super friendly, and most importantly, loves my fur baby. I think five stars are not enough to rate the quality of their service. Also, their product works really well. I've been living here for a few months now, and when I moved in, there were a few bugs around, but after my regular treatment, it is now rare to see any bugs in my home. To be detailed, during the five months I've been here, with treatment, I've only seen one spider, and I hate spiders. So, if you need such services, definitely give Terminix a try - ask for Joe ☺️, they do great things!

The technician, David Cleveland, was excellent. He didn’t mind me shadowing him and answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing and why. Very patient with a very nosy customer.

We had a great experience with Terminix. We had been a customer of Orkin for 7 years so when we had a roof rat get into the attic we called Orkin right away. For eliminating the rats, sealing our home, sanitizing the attic and replacing the insulation they wanted $15,000! NO WAY! We called Terminix and when it was all said and done we spent less than half of the Orkin quote plus we switched our regular service over to Terminix and are continuing to save money on a regular service. Terminix gave us fantastic service at all levels of their company.

Excellent service, always fast and efficient treatment. Removed 1 star due to cost as it is a bit expensive.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
