Orkin has been our pest company for over 30 years. The service has remained good all through the years. Their technology has changed to keep up with the times. They have quieter machines. They communicate by text to let you know when they are coming and going. Billing is paperless. A very good company.

David arrives every month to spray our property. He is always so nice and cheerful. He is always in the time window. I have kids and pets and can never seem to have all the toys picked up outside before he gets here but he’s very careful around everything.

My tech is good. He explained a few things about the spray to help me understand that even if it is damp the effect will be upheld. I started using Orkin because of their reputation after another company didn’t work out. It’s been a couple of years. Yep - you pay a premium, but I’ve discovered over the past many years that consistency, communication, and quality are really important with pest control. Techs may vary within the company, but with Orkin, they will be consistently responsive and congenial. Thank you, Rodney!

6-27-24: We had a much better experience with Orkin Pest Control today. 😊 A manager came out to address all our issues and concerns. 👍 They were extremely thorough, removing both the stove and refrigerator to check for droppings. 🐭 The attention to detail and commitment to resolving our problems were impressive. 🛠️ We’re very satisfied with the service and quick resolution of our issue and concerns. --- 6-26-24: We had an Orkin rep come out today, and it was a complete disaster. 😡 She didn't comprehend English and couldn't explain anything or listen to our concerns. We specifically need an English-speaking representative! She even placed traps in the walkway where we have a 4lb Yorkie 🐶 and a newborn 👶! When we called to address the issue, the call center was no help at all and wouldn't even page the on-call representative. Absolutely horrible experience. 🚫🪤

Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. We felt very comfortable about starting service and indeed did. We are so glad we did. Jason came back on the day in which he said he would return. Everything was executed to a T. Chuck was dependable and thorough in his inspection, making sure to check all the places where termites could be hiding. He was respectful of our facility, taking care not to cause any damage while performing the treatment. What really stood out to us was Chuck’s attention to detail and genuine concern for solving our pest problem.

Having Cosmo as a tech has been extremely helpful. He had to change routes in the past and we could no longer use him. The tech we had after him was wonderful as well but when he had to change routes we were left with a tech who did not align with our property very well. We requested to get Cosmo back and it has been a wonderful past two weeks with him back!!!

He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! The raccoon experience was frightening. We had lots of questions. Although frightening we wanted raccoon and babies to be handle humanely. Jose was excellent with handling of babies and mother. It took about a week to capture all. We recommend them highly and give a 5 star service.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
