So far I have met Alan, Billy, Jesse, Floyd Scott and Wes on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. All unbelievably hard workers, extremely efficient and attention to every detail. It was a pleasure to meet these Orkin employees and I'm going to miss them. They were cordial, polite and fun to have around. Very pleased that I chose Orkin because they got the job done and on time.

Our technician was on time.He explained the product being used and how he was applying it. He was very professional and did a great job.

Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. They did a good job of getting the service request filled. I just wish that it was better explain to me as a consumer on what my options were and how to better resolve the situation. The technicians were professional and thorough. They let me feeling reassured that the problem will be resolved.

Jared has been our Terminix tech for years now, and we have always been happy with our service. He is professional and friendly. He asks what, if any, issues we have had so he can make sure to address them and he walks the property to see if there are any issues we may not be aware of that need to be taken care of. There have been some times that a problem pops up in between our scheduled treatments, and Jared comes back with a positive attitude to re-treat. We appreciate his attention to his job, his knowledge and experience, and his reassuring manner.

Chris Jenson has been my technician for several years now and he’s been wonderful! He explains things to me and makes recommendations to combat insect problems and tackle specific insect activity. It’s working because recently there was a high level of grasshopper activity everywhere yet I had very minimal activity. I appreciate his business, professionalism, and friendliness and thank him very much for the exceptional service he provides to me.

David Cleveland was Very friendly and informative throughout his service. He was willing to listen to and address any concerns I had. He did his best to educate me on things he was looking for and ways to mitigate anything that could be of assistance to the services being provided. Terminix overall has been a much better experience to work with than our previous company that was very poor at communicating.

I found one 6ft bull snake in my backyard and had to find a way to prevent that reoccurrence. OMG ? Meagan I am so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL ? for the work that Jose has done ! He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! The raccoon experience was frightening. We had lots of questions. Although frightening we wanted raccoon and babies to be handle humanely. Jose was excellent with handling of babies and mother. It took about a week to capture all. We recommend them highly and give a 5 star service.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
