on Rodent and Wildlife ControlTerminix has great service and responsiveness. I asked them to come at a determined time and the guy helped me out so I could get to work and didn't have to throw away my morning. He was very nice and explained what he was going to do and what to expect afterwards. However, I expected a more extensive and thorough pest-control service since they charge $250USD for something that takes 10 minutes and its just spraying something and setting traps. I don't believe the price that is charged is fair for what the service entails and how thorough it is.
Eva R. via googleWe are long time satisfied customers! The friendly professionalism of their experts is greatly appreciated. A recent inspection and treatment was very informative and effective! Highly recommended!
Joseph M. via googleTotal exclusion package. Carlos took his time going around the house and upstairs. We sat and talked and came up with a plan. He didn’t try to push extras too much lol; a really good guy. Carlos scheduled the appointment quickly and response time was excellent. They came real quick. Kevin, excellent ?. Kevin was fantastic all around, and he gave us his number should we need…We are very pleased with the work they did with the exclusion. Now it is wait and see if we get all the “kritters.”
R G. via googleRyan was great! Professional and provided very helpful information throughout the whole inspection and following up. I would definitely recommend and go through them again!
Haley B. via googleMy exterminator tech was Great! Charles Pace was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and provided me with invaluable information. I have requested that he is the only technician to come to my home. Very impressed! Terminix you need all of your technicians to be trained by Charles. Incredible customer service, professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. I had a very bad experience with a prior technician and honestly Charles Pace is the only reason I am sticking around. You were very close to losing a customer. Thank you, Charles, for restoring my trust.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
