I have a big problem with squirrels and rats Make appointment with company Sent someone who knew lots about pests So far all is going to plan they laid out

Margaret S. via google

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

Laurel B. via google

I had a really large hole that woodpeckers had drilled in a beam on my back porch. The hole was covered up and a deterrent applied. Good job!

Joanie B. via google

With a very quick response they created a plan to remove the critter and seal any and all possible entryways into our home efficiently, professionally with care for the animal, care for our home and leaving us with a peace of mind. We enjoyed all aspects of this company and their employees! Highly recommend them!!!

Terminix has great service and responsiveness. I asked them to come at a determined time and the guy helped me out so I could get to work and didn't have to throw away my morning. He was very nice and explained what he was going to do and what to expect afterwards. However, I expected a more extensive and thorough pest-control service since they charge $250USD for something that takes 10 minutes and its just spraying something and setting traps. I don't believe the price that is charged is fair for what the service entails and how thorough it is.

We are long time satisfied customers! The friendly professionalism of their experts is greatly appreciated. A recent inspection and treatment was very informative and effective! Highly recommended!

Total exclusion package. Carlos took his time going around the house and upstairs. We sat and talked and came up with a plan. He didn’t try to push extras too much lol; a really good guy. Carlos scheduled the appointment quickly and response time was excellent. They came real quick. Kevin, excellent ?. Kevin was fantastic all around, and he gave us his number should we need…We are very pleased with the work they did with the exclusion. Now it is wait and see if we get all the “kritters.”

R G. via google

Ryan was great! Professional and provided very helpful information throughout the whole inspection and following up. I would definitely recommend and go through them again!

My exterminator tech was Great! Charles Pace was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and provided me with invaluable information. I have requested that he is the only technician to come to my home. Very impressed! Terminix you need all of your technicians to be trained by Charles. Incredible customer service, professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. I had a very bad experience with a prior technician and honestly Charles Pace is the only reason I am sticking around. You were very close to losing a customer. Thank you, Charles, for restoring my trust.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
