I signed up for services September 2024! I have not had anything except great service! Profession and extremely knowledgeable Service techs come to my house! Brian came out to check my attic and was so very polite and friendly. Although he didn’t have the best of news to tell me after his investigation in the attic, he was very nice and no judgement was detected from him. That’s awesome service! I appreciate him keeping it professional. He also educated me on how to help keep spiders ants mice out! So a 5 star rating! The techs and their service are what gives the 5 stars for me! If more employees who are attached to the business name Orkin would operate with such integrity and friendliness, 5 stars would definitely be given at every review.

I have had Orkin for just over 2 years now. I just recently canceled with them only because I moved. The service is great and quick. I like the fact they come back out free of charge. My only complaint is that I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is. It’s about $50 monthly, but when you first join you have to make a fairly large deposit. I think mine was $150-$250, which is steep. They also have slowly raised their prices quietly without telling anyone, which I think is dishonest. Overall, a good company, but pricing could be better.

Very efficient and reliable. Eric has been my tech for a while now. He's always cheerful and will take time to talk. He also will discuss any issue or concerns and provide options. Great service!

We have had a great experience using Orkin to help eradicate our pest issue. The office personnel have been very courteous and helpful. Anthony and Ricky have been great helping with our problem. Ricky has been an absolutely great helping not only to treat our home, but always helping mentally ease the stress words and actions in his job performance. Great team! I would definitely recommend Orkin (Killeen Team)!

So the person that did my first initial service did not do a thorough job. I kept having a lot of issues and activity. However, when Josh (our regular tech) returned from leave, he did a better job than the initial tech who was supposed to do a clean out. I appreciate Josh being thorough and listening to me about where activity is and just staying on top of it, being super professional, answering all my questions, and just all around being a friendly person. Had Josh done our initial service, this 4-star review would probably be a 5-star.

Roy Cantrelle, Came by our home and give us some tricks to help with Rats!! He was super and very personable! He worked with my schedule that was super great for us. I would totally recommend him for anyone!! Super nice guy!

Technician was great. But when I first called Terminix, I was assured everything was pet safe. That's not really true. I was asked if there was a room I could put my dog in for 45 minutes because the spray needs to dry. I didn't have a place I could put my dog, so the technician couldn't spray some places he said he normally would. To me that's not pet safe

The service is fine but only 24 hr notice when the technician is coming out for routine service is not acceptable. It's not the technician's fault. Terminix needs to do better. You cannot assume all customers are sitting at home waiting on a service call when they are not even aware it is scheduled. Not cool.

I've been using Terminix for insect prevention for a year, and I've noticed a big difference in the low quantity of insects around my property. Recently, I had an invasive wasp swarm on the corner of my house and the paper wasps were being aggressive to me and my family. Michael Fox came to my house and was able to exterminate the paper wasps, and educate me of where they were swarming and how to prevent them from returning next season. I'm extremely grateful to the whole Terminix team! I will always highly recommended the Terminix team!

Chris Neel-Bachler is a fantastic technician. He serviced our brand new house (new build in a new development - lots of spider, ant, pest activity) on 8/9/24 and was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Went above and beyond for our peace of mind and we are grateful for that. Thanks Chris!

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

I had a really large hole that woodpeckers had drilled in a beam on my back porch. The hole was covered up and a deterrent applied. Good job!

With a very quick response they created a plan to remove the critter and seal any and all possible entryways into our home efficiently, professionally with care for the animal, care for our home and leaving us with a peace of mind. We enjoyed all aspects of this company and their employees! Highly recommend them!!!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
