Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. Orkin came out today for an inspection and Don was exceptional!!!! From the moment he walked through our door he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Quarterly service with Technician Perla was informative and timely yet again. I feel valued every time she services my home. She is very efficient and can rapidly spray inside and outside my home in a short period of time so I can get back to my scheduled activities of the day.

UPDATE - Happy to report they came out and were able to witness the activity as the wasps entered and exited the siding. He began treating the area and we discussed a plan of action to help lessen the likelihood they will return. We are looking forward to being able to enter and exit our home without having to wait or being chased to our car by angry wasps. ______________________________________ The San Antonio location continues to fail to show or address our concern. We have made repeated requests for them to address a hornet issue near the entry and back porch of our home. When we call Customer Service states they will pass it along to the local office. The local office never calls. The local office did not show for the scheduled appointment. Customer Service states there is no escalation process and the local branches have no oversight. We can only continue to call customer service and hope they will respond with 48 business hours. There has been a significant decline in response and quality of work both locally and at the call center level. As customers for over 20 years the steady decline is disappointing and most certainly encouraging us to look at more reliable options.

Our technician, David Alcorta, did a great job. We were not home, but he called us to let us know he was there, and also informed us there were other people on our property. We were not expecting anyone else on the property, so he actually offered to approach them and asked if they wanted to speak with us. We were informed the unexpected visitors were from CPS and was marking underground utilities. I think that was amazing what David did. He did not have to inform us there were other people on our property and he definitely did not need to approach them. I feel that was exceptional and going above and beyond just a service call. He made us feel that he was looking out for our home and we greatly appreciated what he did!

Pearl is amazing!! She has consistently been on time, listen to our concerns and offer cogent solutions and ways - forward, even when it was out of the scope of the service offerings at Terminix. She is truly the reason that we have stuck with Terminix and when my husband switched us a couple of years ago, I had us go back. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and always offers excellent customer service.

My main reason to continue with this service is Perla Hernandez. She is amazing attentive to everything always on time provides great suggestion for preventing pests and even grass maintenance ones. I trust her to always be super proactive in the treatments she provides to the house, she is always asking do you have any issues and if I ever do she gets right on it. I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
