I received my first service from Fox Pest Control today. My tech was Logan. He showed up on time with a very pleasant attitude. He started by confirming everything with me and helping me understand more what I signed up for in my service. After thoroughly communicating, he jumped right in and got to work, which I appreciate so much. I feel like he went above and beyond and took his time after he noticed how bad my situation was. I couldn’t have asked for more. Logan made pleasant conversation throughout his service and was a friendly face. Hopefully they send him to my spot more often, if not a tech who’s just like him. He made me feel more confident in signing up for pest control.

Charlie came to our home and did a thorough inspection and treatment. He was very professional and courteous. This was very much appreciated because we have had a lot going on the last couple of weeks including health issues and repairs for an unexpected problem. I feel confident that he will take care of the issues he treated. I would definitely recommend Charlie and Fox Pest Control.

Tyrone was GREAT!! I had termites at the house, and he came and treated them as if it was his house. Did a fantastic job!

The whole experience with Terminix has been easy and hassel free. The guy that came out this morning was so kind and knowledgeable. He even took the time to give a breakdown of all that he has done on today's visit.

James, was awesome! I was never about our normal Terminix man retiring, but James put my mind at ease. He cleaned all of our cobwebs, took care of our ants and other pest needs. Was very nice and took the time to explain everything he had done. So glad he is our new guy!!

We desperately needed insulation in a house we purchased in early spring. Terminix was quick to come out for a quote on Monday, and Wednesday morning the old insulation was being removed so the attic could be sanitized. We’ll have an install early tomorrow morning, and my AC should get a break! Very happy so far with the insulation side of the business.

Highly recommend! Had Mr. Dan come do an inspection and pest control. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and nice. I didn’t feel the service to be rushed or anything like that. With that said, I’m happy with my service and would highly recommend to anyone who may be doubtful to use Terminix. 10/10

Everything was professionally done. Darryl Pitts and Daniel Guidry both were super nice and answered all questions. I adore how they do not walk in your home with dirty shoes. They actually changed into clean house slippers. They came on time and finished in a timely manner and no mess was left behind. I do not regret doing business with this company. Well satisfied 🤗!

Dana Adams is a great technician. He’s knowledgeable, punctual and willing to do what it takes to get the job done!

Dana is professional and courteous. He gave me an entire class on the different types of wasps that invaded my yard. He even moved around a few of my yard umbrellas in which the wasps were building nests. He did a great job getting rid of the nests and wasps!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
