My Fox pest control tech was Cole Harris. He called and introduced himself and gave me his ETA. He came at the time promised. He was very professional yet kind and personable. Kindness is an understatement. My car was stuck in the mud in my back yard. This young man abandoned his job to rescue me. I’m telling you it was muddy. He didn’t think twice about helping me. Thank you so much for sending me Cole. He’s a hero in my book not just because of his job expertise but because of his heart and willingness to help in an area that wasn’t related to his job. Canaan George did my annual inspection today. I’ve been in my house 31 years & had different inspectors all the time. Canaan was a pleasant surprise! He is a genuinely nice man. Thorough, answered every question & did not act bothered or annoyed. I intend to request him every year.

My technician STEPHEN MILLER does great service. I was currently at work when he arrived to do the service and he went above and beyond to fulfill his duties. We spoke when he arrived and he sent detailed photos of the service. It's hard to trust the service when no one's is home but he did a great job ensuring he will do what best for my home. He's been to my house multiple times and the service is 100% everyone he arrives. Hight recommend 👌

Contacted Tetminix online to schedule and inspection and someone came out within 30 minutes. Fully explained what they saw and provided a detailed estimate. Came out the next morning to install termite bait traps and treated the exterior of the house. Very impressed with the speed and ease of contracting for termite control and at a very competitive price. After 10 years with their top National competition, it was time to move on after increasing annual costs and the high retreatment cost. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the inspector and the two gentlemen who came out this morning to do the work. They arrived when they said they would. Communication throughput was very appreciated. UPDATE: A few hours after the work was completed, the Quality Assurance Inspector from Terminix came to reveiw the work performed against the treatment plan and requirements. He noted that one area did not appear to be treated per the plan and will be sending the installation crew to treat around my shed. I am very impressed with the follow-up by Terminix - I have never seen this with their top competitor. A+

They have removed live bats from my home on two occasions.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have been with Dugas (JaRoy) since Oct of 2020. Every tech I've encountered is knowledgeable about any insect issue I may have had.
