Fox Pest Control has been with us for several years now, and their technicians are always professional, super nice and ready to answer any questions about anything they are spraying. We have a lot of exotic pets, and so we have to be careful what gets sprayed and how it affects different animals. In the times I have asked questions, if a technician did not know the answer, they did not just BS me, they would call and get the answers from the manufacturers of the products if necessary. They are always thorough, careful around our home, and treat it as though they would their own home and pets. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They tend to send the same people to your house, and our tech John is awesome and like seeing a friend every time. Thank you all!!!!

Lane G with Fox Pest Control is doing an outstanding job on our property. He is very polite, very professional, and very thorough technician. He always checks with us to make sure Fox is meeting all of our needs. He makes sure that he gets all the wasp nests and spider webs down, he checks the whole perimeter of my home and property, making sure he doesn’t find any pests that could potentially hurt my wife, 7 year old son, 2 year old grandson, which is a big relief for me since I’m at work half of our life. I’ve been through quite a few different pest control companies. Usually, they start off great then start to slack or cut corners after a few visits. Lane has given the best service possible since the first time he stepped onto our property and has remained consistent. As long as he remains my primary account manager I will be sticking with Fox. Guys like him and his work ethic are how you’re gonna get and keep business. I would recommend him to anyone I know for pest control. Thank you Lane.

Alex with Orkin is the young man you want to keep the bugs out your house. He is very kind and courteous (his parents should be proud) and willing to do whatever it takes to keep you happy. He’s been in my home while I was away and is a very trust worthy rep.

Alex did an outstanding job today. My yearly inspection was done very professionally. He pointed out the good, and recommended a solution fot the bad areas in my home. He was very thorough and gained my respect for being honest in telling me how to take care of my future repair to my home. Kudos to Mr. Alex. First Orkin man that has passed by in years that was so thorough and focused on taking care of his customer. I am well pleased with my inspection today.

Highly recommend Terminix! We realized we had an increase in ants in our home and they were quick to come out and help! Great communication and will continue to use them anywhere we go!

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have been with Dugas (JaRoy) since Oct of 2020. Every tech I've encountered is knowledgeable about any insect issue I may have had. I've had the kids come home from camp with bed bugs..JaRoy completely eliminated that issue! Thank God! The services offered are done in a professional and timely manner. I always recommend them. When we bought this house at 130 Judy Street in Dehhan Springs 2017 it was under contract with your company, and we just continue using the house had flooded during the big flood that hit this area. The owner passed away shortly after the flood and she had appointed her niece to take care of her business. The house was in the process of being restored, One of your employees came to check on the house and was very good at making sure any area that needed to be sprayed was taken care of before the sheet rock was replaced. She also sprayed the area where a new bathtub was to be installed and of course did the usual work that you do with the trap that are installed around the house outside, we can't say enough about the good job she did at that time and we have continued to receive the same good service ever year when it is time to renew the contract.
