Dylan C is one of the most caring, amazing, workers I’ve ever met. He was very kind patient and very knowledgeable about my situation and how to prevent bugs from coming into my home. He even went above and beyond to take pictures of the cracks where they were coming in at so I could see the cracks. I would rate him a 10 if it were possible. Outstanding performance Dylan! My Orkin tech treats quarterly, as well as anytime I request (at no additional cost.) Alex P. is always so professional! I never worry about pests in my home. If they do pop up, I know my tech will take care of it.

The work crew appeared to do a very thorough job and were very courteous. They did ask me periodically to come up in the attic and inspect what they were accomplishing. There was a little confusion about the spraying of a disinfectant / termite chemical. So the smaller upper attic was insulated prior to spraying, thus was not sprayed. Just a suggestion, I think that upper management should have come by at least one time and checked the progress and spoke with the homeowner. I look forward to working with Orkin to protect my home from Pests and Rodents going forward. When is the treatment re-inspection scheduled?

Tara was very nice and made sure she took care of both the outside the home and inside the home and explained some of the problem areas, like the cracks around doors. Very informative!

David and Erin showed up promptly this morning and explained what I could expect during the visit. That was helpful, since I have two dogs who like to park. I was able to distract the dogs and ease their anxiety while the drilling was going on outside. When they were done, they let me know and everything was clean and looked great! I have been a Terminix customer for more than 30 years. During that time I have had good and not so good technicians. For the last several years my technicians have been excellent. They are pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, and overall great representatives for Terminix. Chris is my guy now and I feel very comfortable with him taking care of my house!

My Terminix Service Technician, Chris Phillips, always contacts us at least a couple of days ahead of his visit to remind us of our next service. He is very friendly, on time, is very attentive to the details of what we need, always asks questions to find out if we have any concerns or requests. He is very knowledgeable about the services he provides and has a good understanding about the behavior of pests. We are very happy having Chris as our Terminix Service Technician, he is a great representative for Terminix and understands what great customer service is, demonstrating it on every visit. I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. I have been with Dugas (JaRoy) since Oct of 2020. Every tech I've encountered is knowledgeable about any insect issue I may have had. I've had the kids come home from camp with bed bugs..JaRoy completely eliminated that issue! Thank God! The services offered are done in a professional and timely manner. I always recommend them. When we bought this house at 130 Judy Street in Dehhan Springs 2017 it was under contract with your company, and we just continue using the house had flooded during the big flood that hit this area. The owner passed away shortly after the flood and she had appointed her niece to take care of her business. The house was in the process of being restored, One of your employees came to check on the house and was very good at making sure any area that needed to be sprayed was taken care of before the sheet rock was replaced. She also sprayed the area where a new bathtub was to be installed and of course did the usual work that you do with the trap that are installed around the house outside, we can't say enough about the good job she did at that time and we have continued to receive the same good service ever year when it is time to renew the contract.
